“I'm currently in the hotel, we are a bit shocked as the reviews I read before booking are misleading in my view. First the hotel is deserted, room cold, air conditioning works only from 6 PM (weird), phone in the room not working so you will need to go down to reception to ask for something, food fairly good, cleanliness good, swimming pool not at the standards, once you out of the swimming pool door its quite cold. Would definitely not recommend it for the price paid. The 5 stars means absolutely nothing, have been ta Marco Polo in the same region and it was far more better than here.”

“Nice hotel, but hotel is ageist and assumed wrong things about people. Receptionist was rude and unhelpful.
I would not stay here again for the money I spent. I have been to Tunisia over 25 times and never had this issue before. I will not tip or spend any money in this hotel. We informed agency one English one Tunisian who has been a good friend for nearly 2 years 2 beds in room but had to pay more to get single rooms. Just friends!”
