“Unexpectedly upgraded to Gold. The breakfast was wonderful. The room was small but enough and updated. The shower had multiple jets, such luxury. The opportunities to eat on site are ample and delicious. Schnitzel and fondue anyone? The pool is lovely indoor and out. Felt safe and sanitized. Best part was the staff, Tania and the rest of the team were such great hosts, helpful and kind. I’d give them 6 stars if I could.”

“We had a fantastic time visiting the Banff Springs. Beautiful property and close to so many activities. A special shout out to Scott Berry, our private tour guide for a moonlit snowshoe tour. This was the highlight of our trip. Scott was so interesting and knowledgeable -- about wildlife, the history of the area, star-gazing, geology and so much more. We loved our snowshoe tour and have been telling all our friends about it. Highly recommend!”
