“Fiquei em uma suíte. A vista era ótima e o quarto era muito conveniente e o interior era muito bom. A música relaxante e a iluminação no banho também eram muito calmas. Café-da-manhã foi satisfatório e japonês, ocidental e chinês estavam deliciosos. A localização era excelente, e havia muitos lugares para fazer compras em Ginza e comer na área circundante, por isso foi uma estadia satisfatória. A equipe de limpeza também respondeu bem e, embora fossem estrangeiros, responderam com muita força. A recepção estava agitada no GW e a configuração não era muito boa, mas mesmo com isso em mente, pude passar férias muito satisfatórias. Eu gostaria de ficar novamente se eu tiver a oportunidade.”
