Beautiful hotel and lobby was opulent, nice and open. Great location including restaurants walking distance and a coffee shop on the lobby level that serves Starbucks but does not accept the Starbucks app. My room was spacious, modern and very clean. It was located at the very end of the floor that opened up into a long hallway, fluffy king bed and a Peloton bike by the window. I was seriously wowed by the fact my room had a Peloton and I definitely used it the next morning before starting my work day. I would definitely stay here again whenever I'm back in the area.

I had stayed at this Hotel one time before and absolutely loved it. It is situated out of town in beautiful surroundings of green and more beautiful green trees. There is a stream that runs behind the hotel in the midst of all the beautiful trees. The beds are AMAZING. The deli offers TONS of choices for snack or lunch. On Saturday and Sunday guests are allowed a late check out at 3:00 P.M which is so thoughtful and generous. The cardio room is fabulous with lots of machines and the weight room is right across the hall. They call it The Westin Workout!😊 The second time I stayed there there was a few issues so I mentioned them in my review. Within a day and a half Gorges Dawood, The Hotel Manager contacted me sincerely apologized and even refunded me half the Hotel charges! Even though he had to contact Trip Advisory to do it! This let me know they really do want their guests to have a great stay and CARE if something goes awry or is not up to par. So would I recommend this Hotel ?? Absolutely!!!

It's just okay. Definitely was hoping there was a hot tub but there isn't. Not the biggest issue but still. Bathtub didn't work. Which when you dont have a hot tub is the next best option. I probably wouldn't stay here again. But if it was the only option it would be fine.

Folks what can I say, I travel a lot both for business and personal. We booked this hotel for a family wedding and it was an absolute disappointment. Checked in, the hotel lobby smelled like vomit which coincided with the heavily stained carpeting. The room had not been cleaned given that we found dirty underwear in one, dirty clothes in a dresser in the other room with a heavily stained chair in our 3rd room. Sheets were not changed. We left our rooms only to wait 4 hrs in the lobby with a diabetic and a disabled senior for management to figure out what to do. They took us to another room only to find that even filthier. We transferred to another hotel, (finding it ourselves) and have yet to have reimbursement from the Westin North Shore. This clearly is not a one time issue, the hotel is neglected, the staff could care less about guests. Given the condition of the property this did not meet any Marriott standards in any way shape or form. The environment in this property is an extension of the guest service.

Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ .ᴄᴏᴍ when booking your hotel. This website will compare countless booking websites and typically will have rates a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This place is one of my favorites in this area. I've been staying here for years. If you choose this place you won't regret it. The room, staffs, customer service, free and enough parking lots, cleanness, everything was so good. The only thing they don’t have breakfast service in the price. It is understandable because of Covid-19.
