Eu estive lá para um casamento algumas semanas atrás. Tivemos coquetéis no bar antes da mão e o barman foi incrível. Ela me fez um incrível antiquado. Meu favorito!! Ela manteve o bar aberto até tarde depois da festa para que pudéssemos continuar as festividades. Ivette não era apenas ótima no atendimento ao cliente e na preparação de bebidas, mas também extremamente receptiva, embora estivesse extremamente ocupada. O hotel era lindo e o casamento foi um grande momento, eu definitivamente voltaria novamente.

I was there for a wedding a few weeks back. We had cocktails at the bar before hand and the bartender was amazing. She made me an amazing old fashioned. My favorite!! She kept the bar open late after the party so we could keep the festivities going. Ivette was not only great at customer service and beverage making but she was extremely accommodating even though she was extremely busy. The hotel was beautiful and the wedding was a great time I would definitely come back again.

Em um Westin, você espera um nível de serviço acima do normal, e foi o que aconteceu. A proposta do bar estava um pouco mal-humorada quando, de repente, havia 75 pessoas e ela era a única ali. Mas isso está em toda parte, pessoal curto, a maioria entendeu que os outros foram adiados. Mas a comida da convenção era boa, os quartos eram limpos. Nenhum nível de clube, perca isso.

At a Westin you expect a level of service that is above norm, and they did so.Bar tender was a little cranky when all of the sudden there were 75 people and she was the only one there.But that is everywhere, short staff, most understood others were put off. But convention food was good, rooms were clean.No club level, miss that.

Estilo e aparência bastante modernos, os quartos eram decentemente limpos, mas definitivamente não eram de qualidade 4 ou 5 estrelas. Água quente era o maior problema para mim, meu quarto nunca parecia ter água quente. Até liguei para a recepção e nenhuma solução. Não ficaria novamente sem algumas alterações.

Fairly modern look and style, rooms were decently clean but definitely not 4 or 5 star quality. Hot water was the biggest issue for me, my room never seemed to have hot water. Even called the front desk and no solution. Would not stay again without some changes.

For the price, you would expect a better shower experience. Bed was comfortable. Be sure to request room service when you check in, or you don't get it.

Sólido hotel de negócios próximo às principais rodovias. Pessoal é ótimo, especialmente GM! Ele foi tão gentil e complacente. Sua equipe foi amigável e acolhedora. Mesmo competir com um membro vitalício da elite de titânio com algumas águas gratuitas já é uma grande vantagem! Os quartos são limpos e adorei o óleo essencial de lavanda fornecido - excelente toque !! Amplo estacionamento gratuito e estaremos absolutamente de volta no futuro. Obrigado!

Solid business hotel close to major highway. Staff is great, especially GM! He was so kind and accommodating. His staff was friendly and welcoming. Even comping a lifetime titanium elite member a few free waters goes a long way! Rooms are clean and loved the lavender essential oil provided - excellent touch!! Ample free parking and will absolutely be back in the future. Thanks!

Hotel is very nice. Went to their bar to have an after dinner drink while hubby went to swim.. I immediately got the bill. There were many males there without a bill. WTF. Really? Oh and once hubby joined me, bill disappeared and only reappeared when hubby said so. Really?? What year is it?

I was a bit disappointed of the cleanliness of the Room! It's considered 4 star hotel, and when you walk to the lobby it's very clean and nice. But, the minute I got to the room, It wasn't clean as I expected! the Glass Cups were literally taken from dishwasher and placed in the room without polishing them! (there was a lady working in the same floor, I asked to change them) The Carpet didn't seem was vacuumed correctly! There was a small side table in the corner.. and it was nasty! i couldn't even use for anything! I would accept these for 2-3 star hotels but not for a Westin! I don't think I would book it again

Reservamos 5 cuartos doble cama con bastante anticipación, y el día de nuestra visita no tuvieron los cuartos, por qué supuestamente nosotros lo reservamos así, a pesar de tener nuestro número de confirmación, pues no había cuartos, pero aún así hicieron de nuestra estancia lo mejor posible, se prendió la alarma de incendio dos veces, una alrededor de la 1 de la mañana, y pues los niños pasaron tremendo susto, gracias a Dios fue una falsa alarma, y la otra como a las 8:00am, interrumpió nuestra conferencia, igualmente solo fue una falsa alarma, nos compensaron con el desayuno gratuito a todo el hotel, algo que no salió muy bien organizado ya que estaba completamente lleno, y si se hizo todo un caos. Me gustó mucho el esfuerzo que puso todo el personal del hotel, ya que estos imprevistos no fueron responsabilidad de ellos, pero trataron de hacer que nuestra instancia fuese lo mejor posible.

It was excellent because Avery Guest services manager on staff and the young lady with him on duty as well a the front desk were so friendly! So polite and positive. There were difficulties in booking prior to arriving and some confusion with our group being made different reservations through email and phone. But all of that was resolved and made simple and easy for us by the two there! Truly wonderful people thank you so much. Saved so much stress for us all in figuring out our arrangements. So nice of people!
