Washers have been broken on and off for almost 5 months of my stay. Reported to management and they said it a vendor they can't control what the do . So I called corporate office the receptionist is out sourced to India. So basically they can't and won't fix them . Find another place to stay is your best bet if it's long term .

Like at any place, stay at your own risk. Several vehicles got their catalytic converters stolen over night from this location. To make matters worse, this location does not have cameras, and neither do they invest on hiring an over night security guard to at least patrol the parking lot. Aside from not being secure, the room was clean, but that’s about it.

First room 323 AC wasn't working good, room was hot didn't sleep. Requested another room the next morning. That room smelled like burnt plastic, or burned wired really back but AC worked great Frustrated requested another room. Was given another room Personal came with me to check the smell. She said she could barely smell it. Are you kidding me!? 3rd room.AC wasn't working same as the 1st room! Had to come back to 2nd room. Because couldn't stand the heat. I rather pay extra n sleep good, in a cool , clean smelling room. My advice don't rent here. N if you do get a good smelling room with a Good AC call yourself lucky! Never again for me.

First room smelled like cigarettes so I requested a new room. Second room had pubic hair on the toilet seat, hair in the shower and the fridge looked gross from the outside. Requested a third room, preferably one that had been cleaned recently. After being assured the third one was clean, it too smelled like cigarettes. Had to ask for a set of extra towels for the inconvenience. They give you 2 sets of towels every 2 weeks. Room cleaning every 2 weeks. This is awful. Book at the best western across the parking lot. It’s worth the extra $. I stayed at this chain in San Angelo so I was surprised by how bad this place is. Going to see what I can do about cancelling this booking tomorrow. I can’t stay here for 2 weeks.

If I could put less than zero stars I would. This is the absolute worst extended stay hotel experience I have ever had. Zero room service for the length of entire 30+ day stay and staff was beyond rude. No one works at the desk you have to call and wait thirty minutes for someone to show up to help only to get rude comments and gestures when they show up to do their job. Above all you pay for a week stay and they come beating on your room two days later stating you need to pay again. They add random fees throughout the stay at their discretion for more money. I ended up leaving after paying for an extra night once in the morning and was told I owed again that same evening. They then proceeded to deny me access into my room to get my belongings out until I paid the second time for the same night. Absolutely the worst experience ever with a hotel and management! Highly do not recommend!
