“When you book a room here you have to accept that you will stay in a place that seriously need renovation. I also had a bad experience when I complained about the air con in the room not working. I was told that they dont have modern air-conditioners. They did send somebody who removed one of the knobs on the machine and put it into the empty hole (no knob!) of the temperature setting and turned the temperature setting down. Then it all worked fine. However, I really despise the treatment that I got from reception about this issue. The breakfast was very basic and I was called at 7am to confirm what I would like to eat. This was after the previous night when I was told that I could have breakfast at any time that I wanted. On the positive side, the rooms are very big and the price that I paid through hotels.com for the place was incredibly cheap. So if you are willing to look past some things but want a place with an excellent location, I would still suggest that you book here.”
