“Este hotel é maravilhoso. É meu preferido em Miami.”
— Alessandra Bresolin
“Unfortunately my wife and I did not have a great experience at The Biltmore Hotel. It was our wedding weekend and the room that my wife and I stayed in had a strong odor of mold and mildew. The front desk stated that, "the room had not been reserved in awhile and that was the cause of the smell". For reference, the room we reserved was the, "Terrace Suite". To be fair, the room was nice otherwise and the terrace provided a great view of the grounds. However, there is no excuse for guests to be placed in an unhealthy environment. They should regularly check their rooms that are not regularly reserved, to clean and evaluate for any issues. Unfortunately, as we see in most places these days, the hotel was also short staff. This resulted in slower service than usual, and emotional rather than professional responses from staff at times. In fairness I doubt this is the standard experience at the Biltmore, but nonetheless this was ours.”
