“My travel agent arranged for me to stay here for 2 nights when I missed the cruise ship departure in Miami. Well to my surprise this hotel was better than being on the ship....it was like living in a castle. It was beautiful and the staff was so kind and helpful.”

“They literally stole my money! Booked a room with two months in advance, to arrive and be told that my room was not available due to heavy rain a couple nights before. How about contacting me in advance? No, they waited until I arrived in the hotel to then send me to a 'partner' hotel with the option of cancelling and being refunded. After seeing that the offer was a bad one, I asked for a refund. That was in August, and I haven't seen my money yet. They stopped replying to my e-mails, literally stealing the money I paid for the room but did not use the service.”
