Excelente hotel em Las Vegas

O bom é que as camas eram muito confortáveis ​​em todos os três quartos, o lugar era tranquilo, e os barmen ao lado da piscina eram muito agradáveis. O ruim foi que os móveis estavam manchados e arranhados, toda a suíte precisa ser reformada e poderia estar mais limpa. O feio era o nosso motorista de transporte matinal (mal-humorado e às vezes adormecendo enquanto esperávamos que outros passageiros embarcassem) e o vendedor de quem tínhamos que pegar nossas pulseiras de quarto (super insistente e não aceitando não como resposta). Como proprietário, esperava mais do resort. Eu especialmente esperava um quarto melhor, mas desde que foi apenas para um fim de semana prolongado, nós apenas fomos com ele.

Bastante bueno y cómodas las habitaciones, el baño es grande. La habitación tiene ventanas muy amplias que puedes apreciar todo el paisaje casi en 170 grados.

The good is the beds were very comfortable in all three bedrooms, the place was quiet, and the poolside bartenders were very nice. The bad was the furniture was stained and scratched up, the whole suite needs renovating, and it could have been cleaner. The ugly was our morning shuttle driver (grumpy and sometimes falling asleep while waiting for other passengers to get on) and the salesman we had to get our room wristbands from (super pushy and not taking no for an answer). As an owner I expected more from the resort. I especially expected a better room but since it was just for a long weekend, we just went with it.

Nice fora do agitado hotel de strip. Um quarto vem com cozinha e sala de estar. Grande banheiro com banheira de hidromassagem e chuveiro separado. Hotel é muito limpo com muitas comodidades. Eles têm uma equipe de atendimento ao cliente muito atenciosa e amigável. Altamente recomendado.

Nice off the busy strip hotel. One bedroom comes with a kitchen and living room. Large bathroom with jetted tub and a separate shower. Hotel is very clean with lots of amenities. They have a very attentive and friendly customer service staff. Highly recommend.

O que deveria ter sido uma noite de estadia simples 2 acabou por ser uma experiência desagradável. Depois de verificar na área de registo, eu estava direcionado para outra mesa para “terminar o check-in.” Esta parecia estranho como já foi dada a minha chave do quarto / cartão. Na outra mesa que foi submetido a uma campanha de 15 minutos de duração comercialização me dizendo o quanto de cliente valioso como eu era e que Wyndham queria me dar um “dom gratuito”, como uma estadia de 7 noites em uma de suas propriedades. Soou suspeito. O vendedor não divulgou antecipadamente que que ele estava promovendo uma apresentação de 90 minutos sobre a compra de uma parte do tempo em que as questões pessoais seriam feitas de participantes. Ele pediu meu cartão de crédito e ID para me cobrar R $ 40 para reservar o meu lugar para esta apresentação. Depois de voltar para o meu quarto eu pensei para mim mesmo que eu era tão estúpido para fornecer meu cartão de crédito e concordar em participar desta apresentação. I cancelada na manhã seguinte, mas a experiência me deixou com um sabor ruim. Eu não vou ficar lá novamente.

If the goal of businesses in Vegas is to squeeze tourists of their money, Club Wyndham fits in well. What should have been a simple 2 night stay turned out to be an unpleasant experience. After checking in the registration area, I was directed to another desk to “finish the check in process.” This seemed odd as I was already given my room key/card. At the other desk I was subjected to a 15 minute long marketing campaign telling me how much of valuable customer as I was and that Wyndham wanted to give me a “free gift” such as a 7 night stay in one of their properties. Sounded suspicious. The salesperson failed to disclose upfront that that he was promoting a 90 minute presentation on purchasing a time share in which personal questions would be asked of participants. He requested my credit card and ID to charge me $40 to reserve my spot for this presentation. After returning to my room I thought to myself I was so stupid to provide my credit card and agree to attend this presentation. I cancelled the next morning but the experience left me with a bad aftertaste. I won’t be staying there again.

This is a little of the strip and more quiet here but you can get everywhere with an Uber in 5 to 10 minutes. The rooms are spacious and clean. You can also walk if you are up to it but it takes about 20 to 30 minutes to the strip. Club Wyndham also offers a shuttle service that also gets to you a grocery store if need anything. There not many shopping options nearby. The pool area and pool bar is very good.

Bom lugar fora da Strip. Limpo, seguro e confortável a um preço razoável. O nosso tinha uma cozinha para tomar café da manhã / almoço antes de ir para a strip através do transporte público. Óptima zona de piscina com relvado para jogos, zona de grelhados e bar. Ficaria lá novamente, recomendo.

Super limpo. Muito amigável. Eu gosto que eles não pressionem tanto pela apresentação de "45 minutos". Eles definitivamente tocam no assunto, mas não são insistentes. A única coisa que não conseguimos encontrar foi a sala de reciclagem e lixo (de acordo com as placas) no final do corredor, mas fomos para o outro lado e havia lixeiras perto das máquinas de venda automática. Un lugar muy agradable y en una ubicación con acceso rápido al strip y a los freeway. Servicio completo, valet parking excelente, recepción muy amigables. Recomendado 100%

Nice place off the strip. Clean, safe and comfortable at a decent price. Ours had a kitchen to have breakfast/lunch before heading to the strip via shuttle. Great pool area with lawn games, grilling area and bar. Would stay there again, highly recommend.

Super clean. Very friendly. I like that they don't push so hard for the "45 minute" presentation. They definitely bring it up but they're not pushy about it. The only thing we couldn't find was the recycle and trash room (per the signs) at the end of the hall but we went the other way and there were bins by the vending machines. Our wristbands and keycards also stopped working mid week but the front desk was super quick about getting new keycards. Would recommend staying here!

Overall: I’m giving 2 stars for location and room size. The cleanliness was below my expectation, especially for a newer property.If you’re choosing a Wyndham property, this is the closest to the action for sure, but one of the most expensive for points as an owner because it’s their newest location.The size of the rooms and views of the strip are also nice. You should be able to see the strip regardless of the side of the hotel that you stay on.Ok so now the bad…They made a point to add stickers to the door and cards inside the room, touting how clean it was.These were lies.It looked clean but actually wasn’t. I started to bring Lysol wipes while traveling in the pandemic (which I also highly recommend) and thank God I did.I wiped down the dining room table with one wipe and was surprised how nasty it was.The same was true for all of the countertops. There was an actual bag of trash in one of the kitchen drawers from a previous guests. See photos below. The toilet was gross and the seat needed to be replaced. There were stains on the couch so I wet a towel and wiped it. After it dried, it disappeared immediately.The shower head has probably never been cleaned. The picture that I posted was after I tried to spray Lysol on it 😞Next time, I’ll pay the extra money for a better place.I would recommend to the same for you if you have the option.

The resort was amazing in all aspects. It was close to the strip, had a beautiful interior and exterior, and great views from all rooms. We would have preferred a south facing room but were not disappointed. The suite had everything we needed, plenty of space, and the jet tub was luxurious! One of our favorite aspects was the convenience store downstairs for those late night snacks. And the shuttle was so convenient! We will definitely be visiting Wyndham Desert Blue again the next time we travel to Vegas.
