Muito limpo em todo o hotel. Interior simples, moderno e não chato. A equipe foi agradável e amigável de uma forma genuína. Se você estiver em um andar inferior, a limpeza parece começar a trabalhar lá de manhã e às vezes pode falar alto. O café da manhã poderia ser melhor com apenas algumas mudanças, como melhor massa para waffles e comer a omelete vegetariana com mais frequência, e mais uma opção quente que não é carne.

This hotel and the staff were wonderful. Pros: The free airport shuttle was very helpful. Breakfast included was great!The sitting area was spatious and clean. The rooms and beds were comfy. Cons: The rooms we stayed in were a bit cramped, but not too bad for 2-3 people. My only real complaint is the bathroom door in the rooms were barn door style and had no locks. So if you're sharing a room with a curious toddler, this may lead to awkward moments if you're not careful... Overall, I'd reccomend this hotel for folks flying to/from O'hare.

Very clean throughout the whole hotel. Simple, modern and not boring interior. Staff was pleasant and friendly in a genuine way. If you're on a lower floor the housekeeping seems to start working there in the morning and can talk loud sometimes. Breakfast could be better with just a few changes like better batter for waffles and to have the veggie omlette more often, and one more hot option that isn't meat.

A equipe aqui foi acima e além para nós. Devido a uma escala de 4,5 horas, não chegamos até perto das 5h30. Fomos recebidos com muita gentileza e ofereceram um check-out tardio. De manhã, eles montaram três bolsas de café da manhã para pegar e levar para nós, o que salvou o dia para uma criança faminta de 7 anos :) definitivamente ficarei aqui novamente. As camas são super confortáveis, ótimos quartos!

Reservamos duas noites aqui e tivemos uma ótima estadia. Nosso quarto era muito grande para um hotel. Meus filhos eram como o maior quarto de hotel em que já estivemos, mãe. Ficamos com 2 rainhas e um puxão. A equipe foi super simpática e o café da manhã era decente para um café da manhã de hotel. O estacionamento foi fácil. Fácil acesso ao aeroporto. Todos em todos uma ótima estadia!

Minha estadia aqui foi excelente! O hotel era agradável e limpo, o café da manhã foi muito apreciado, a equipe foi muito agradável, eles foram capazes de atender às minhas preferências e solicitações, a garagem que eles têm é útil, o quarto era bom e, no geral, o prédio parecia estar em ótima forma. A ÚNICA coisa que achei estranha (nem mesmo uma reclamação, mas mais uma sugestão) é que a porta do banheiro não parecia ter fechadura, era apenas uma porta de correr. Sugiro adicionar fechaduras às portas do banheiro, mas fora isso, este foi um ótimo lugar para ficar!

Muito bom hotel com acomodações limpas e agradáveis. As camas eram confortáveis. A piscina era enorme e agradável e quente. Nós aproveitamos muito. A equipe foi amigável e o hotel estava em uma boa localização. Tivemos um quarto acessível no nosso hotel Hampton anterior e teria preferido que aqui porque o chuveiro era um pouco pequeno. No geral, tivemos um tempo agradável e com certeza gostaria de reservar aqui para ficar novamente.

Very nice hotel with nice clean accommodations. Beds were comfortable. The pool was huge and nice and warm. We enjoyed it very much. Staff was friendly and the hotel was at a good location. We had an accessible room at our previous Hampton hotel and would have preferred that here because the shower was a bit small. Overall we had a nice time and would definitely book here to stay again.

Booked two nights here and had a great stay. Our room was very large for a hotel. My kids were like biggest hotel room we have ever been in mom. We stayed with 2 queens and a pull out. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was decent for a hotel breakfast. Parking was easy. Easy access to the airport. All in all a great stay!

The staff here went above and beyond for us. Due to a 4.5 layover, we didn’t arrive until close to 5:30 am. We were greeted so kindly and offered a later check out. In the morning they put together three breakfast grab n go bags for us, which saved the day for a hungry 7 year old :) will def be staying here again. Beds are super comfy, great rooms!

My stay here was excellent! The hotel was nice and clean, the breakfast in the morning was very much appreciated, staff was very nice, they were able to meet my preferences and requests, the parking garage they have is useful, the room was nice and overall the building seemed to be in really nice shape. The ONLY thing I found odd (not even a complaint but more of a suggestion) is the bathroom door didn’t seem to have a lock on it, it was just a sliding door. Would suggest adding locks to those bathroom doors but other than that, this was a great place to stay!

Minha estadia foi agradável! A equipe foi amigável! Meu quarto estava limpo! Esperanza foi muito simpática quando a encontrei no corredor para comprar suprimentos. O café da manhã era consistente. Fiquei 3 noites e tive absolutamente ZERO problemas. Preciso estar de volta no final do mês e já estou querendo reservar aqui. Recomendo este local! O serviço de transporte foi excelente! Muito perto de O'Hare se você precisar estar por perto.

My stay was pleasant! The staff was friendly! My room was clean! Esperanza was very nice when I encountered her for supplies in the hall. Breakfast was consistent.I stayed 3 nights and had absolutely ZERO issues. I'll need to be back at the end of the month and already looking to book here. Highly recommend this location! Shuttle service was excellent! Very close to O'Hare if you need to be close by.

Great place to stay, close to the airport. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is superb, the eggs, sausages and potatoes are cooked at the right temperature, does not dry out or harden. The indoor pool is small but clean.

Quite pricey if you consider that hotel guests have to pay ca. $20/night for parking! Pool was Ok, nothing outstanding, and like i said; too pricey for not being that exceptional.

Rooms are big. Set up is nice and roomie. Convenient located close to transport and airport as well as casino. Staff was helpful and friendly. Pool is good size as well.

Stayed here for my birthday weekend and really enjoyed it. The room was comfortable and clean and the bed was nice. I liked the layout of the room except it was kind of weird that the TV was on the side rather than straight on from the bed but it all worked out. The gym was nice and had a good variety of equipment. The staff was always friendly and we even enjoyed the bar a little. The breakfast was good everyday and it was nice that it was complimentary. They have water and lemonade out by the front that you can always get if you're in the lobby along with a bowl of random assortment of fruit.

Me encantó la atención del personal del comedor y administración siempre te atienden con una sonrisa que te da confianza .Me sentí muy segura como turista de saber que tienen la modalidad que a diario cuentas con el traslado del aeropuerto al hotel sin ningún cobro adicional es un lugar de retorno después de un día de paseo. El desayuno es de lo mejor si regreso a Chicago sin duda me hospedarse en este mismo hotel. La atención es de primera Feliz año nuevo al personal del hotel.Huéspedes habitación 322

Un lugar excelente si se quiere quedar un tiempo en Chicago. El servicio al cliente es inmediato. Aunque no esté ubicado en el centro de la ciudad o cerca de puntos turísticos, es cercano al metro y al aereopuerto, lo cual es una ventaja.
