“The room was very nice and big. looked very modern and all. BUT they couldn't even bother to clean the windows of the hotel... I mean come-on... This view is really not nice. The bed had four pillows of different hardness. was a very nice blanket and the pillows were a bit too hard for my taste or very soft. The mattress was too hard for my taste but OK.
The food though.... I really am critical for the quality. Fish that was dry as.... i dont know even what to compare with. The imagination of the kitchen was really not there. One of the days was really nice even if "cheap". the other really bad. the breakfast was really not something for a four star hotel either. felt like something you just give to a child for school or something. OH...
I never had any kind of service more than food to the door so i cant really give any review on that. But. With all that i have experienced i really wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here. Is even that bad that im critical to even stay at a hyatt marked hotel again. Sad but true. Feels like the brand is all about the outside, but the inside really is not that good.”
