“The rooms are great. We had an ocean front junior suite on the 4th floor. The restaurants were excellent I believe there were 11 places to eat. From small grab a snack places to sit down restaurants. In the lobby was a pastry/dessert and coffee shop. Since everything is all inclusive there was no payment. I can't say enough about the food at the restaurants.. There are exercise classes by the pool. Eternity pool, hot tub. Planning on returning next summer. Attentive Staff”

“Staff was more attentive to the white guests vs blacks. There were a few good staff members, but they were few and far between. Our room smelled old and damp, but our housekeeper did a great job cleaning and keeping our linens stocked. The only saving grace for this hotel was one of their restaurants Urban Heat. Even during a 2hr power outage our meal was served hot and in a timely manner. The staff that night was excellent and the chef (we got a chance to meet) did a wonderful job. One of our biggest regrets was not eating all of our dinners there.”
