“This is a little bit of a complex review as I have mixed emotions about this place. The evening staff were awesome! The security guards were hilarious and the employee working that night helped me switch out a room as the one room I had had stains on the sheets (you can tell they were cleaned yet...). Also, the housekeeping staff were super helpful when I requested more towels and extra sheets since they do not do housekeeping while you are still in the room (remember that if you decide to stay here). Unfortunately, the day staff is not as trained as they should be. The person that was staying in the room with me came in later the next day and I ensure her name was on the room so I did not have to be there since we had a conference that day. The woman working the front desk continuously told her that her name was not on the room to the point they needed me to come and show my ID. By the time I got on FaceTime to talk to them and show my ID (even though the said I needed to come in...that does not make any sense), the manager (Maggie) came, ask for the woman's name and it was on the reservation.... The issue I am having with this hotel currently is that I on hold and have been for about thirty minutes of my almost hour conversation. I understand that they are busy; yet, the least they can do is confirm or deny the five different charges on my card..... I just got off the phone and was on hold for a good thirty minutes. She apologized and sent me my receipts and there are three charges on my card that do not belong... If you just need a place to rest your head and a shower, then I say book it. I just hope that better train their employees so they do not have episodes of people getting highly upset with them. P.S. Someone was getting arrested in front of the hotel the day we pulled up...just FYI”
