Fiquei 2 vezes nesse hotel e gostei bastante pela localização e arrumação, mas da última vez (em maio/2013), o elevador deu defeito e a pessoa q estava na recepção nem sabia. Estava com bebê e tive q subir até o ultimo andar. Até o nosso checkout não tinham resolvido o problema. O hotel precisa de algumas reforminhas, mas mesmo assim gosto bastante.

Hotel bem localizado perto de muitas lojas e restaurantes. Conta com estacionamento pago privado ao lado, muito conveniente. Os quartos são grandes com mini cozinha. Limpeza ok! O atendimento da recepção muito bom. O elevador é pequeno e lento e o café da manhã muito fraco. Poderia ser um pouco melhor, mesmo para os padrões americanos.

Fiquei por 5 noites. O quarto é amplo, a localização é ótima e a limpeza é muito boa! Falta um pouco mais pq o Café da manhã não é nem um pouco bom. Sei que é free, incluído no preço, mas é bem simples mesmo para os padrões de hotéis nos EUA em especial em Miami Beach. Os recepcionistas são simpáticos, agradáveis e tentam fazer o melhor para sua estadia ser boa. Tem estacionamento (pago) ao lado.

O quarto é bem grande. Localização excelente. Mas não reparam o elevador nunca. E ainda ficam promete do o conserto pro dia seguinte. Já havia lido essa crítica de hóspedes anteriores mas achei que fosse temporário. Vc mesmo tem que carregar as malas escadas acima e abaixo. Não fosse isso, daria 3 ou 4 estrelas.

Acomodação sem requinte. Simples, mas super bem localizado. Elevador do hotel não funciona faz tempo. Acho que não será consertado nunca. Ninguém ajudou a levar as malas até a acomodação no 3° andar. Café da manhã franciscano é servido na recepção. Poucas opções. Esperava mais do hotel.

Eles não se preocupam em perguntar sobre o que aconteceu e como podem ajudar.Há muitos comentários de 1 estrela aqui apontando como o atendimento ao cliente deles é terrível. Estava entupido e tive que limpar sozinho. A água da cozinha das suítes não é potável, pois tem cheiro e partículas.Cada vez que eu pedia para pelo menos um quarto diferente, me mandavam vir no dia seguinte. Mal sabia eu que essa era uma tática para ganhar tempo e evitar ter que resolver problemas. Infelizmente, eles tiveram sucesso.Eles prometem muito e não cumprem. Eles vão mentir para cobrir sua extremidade traseira.Eu nunca fiquei em nenhum hotel tão mofado e sujo e o PIOR de todo o cheiro nojento de banheiro. Foi tão ruim que tivemos que encontrar nossa própria solução e comprar purificadores de ar para lidar com isso.Esteja ciente de que este hotel também possui alguns outros hotéis na Miami Beach Collins Ave. O outro é o Hotel Shelly. A equipe administrativa será a mesma, os problemas podem ser diferentes.Não vale a pena se preocupar com a reserva deste hotel e lidar com problemas que não serão resolvidos. Minha viagem foi um desperdício inteiramente. Não deixe isso acontecer com você.

So me and my girlfriend took a vacation to Miami and settled on this suite hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. We didnt use the kitchen, but the microwave and large fridge was a huge plus. We were able to eat out at restaurants and heat up leftovers the next day for lunch. Very cozy rooms. Pros, PARKING, lots of space, large fridge, microwave, sink, counter space, and big comfy beds. Cons, parking comes at an expensive premium (the only hotel in the area that has parking), terribly small bathroom (poor choice for large/heavyset individuals), incredibly dusty in places, cobwebs in corners and other areas, broken lights, filthy silverware in the kitchen, and an uneccessarily large walk in closet (could've used that space for a larger bathroom but for snowbirds I guess its a pro)Minor inconveniences, but it didn't bother us and we had a great time, especially since we were out of the room for most of the time. Friendly reception too!

BEWARE: NO housekeeping after 4 PM. Hotel staff and especially the management staff are sneaky. They pretend to help resolve problems but once your trip is done they’ll stop responding to email. Do you want to see how careless they are about customer concerns? Just take a look at the hotel responses to other 1 star reviews. They don’t bother asking to learn about what happened and how they can help. There are many 1 star reviews here pointing out how their customer service is terrible. You’ll wish you booked a big chain hotel where at least you get the customer service you deserve and not get robbed of your money. Hotel went under renovation around Oct 16 2018 most likely because of the ongoing unsanitary health concerns such as bad sewerage issue stinking up entire room, undrinkable tap water from the Suites Kitchen. Despite renovation bad service will remain bad service. HOTEL MANAGEMENT: This is a boutique hotel which means it’s not affiliated with big brands. That also means YOU the consumer have no protection. The manager does not respond to email and doesn’t share phone number. Front desk staff may have improved with pretty friendly attitude but they’re cunning and well trained to be have sneaky tactic to buy time and postpone problem solving by any means. BREAKFAST: The breakfast is at the lobby in the morning. It’s bagels, bread, juice and croissants. Nothing amazing. MY TRIP AND HORRIBLE OUTCOME: I booked the suite seeing pretty good reviews (didn’t read everything) for 3 nights. Saw the pictures looked very appealing. Right after a lengthy check in process when I got into my room I realized the toilet is dirty (see picture). I notified the front desk immediately and they told me I’d get a call back when they send the housekeeping before the person leaves for the day. No response. When I called back to check I was told the housekeeping left. I was told I’d get a different room but that didn’t happen. Problem only got worse when I realized the entire room started to get stinky because a horrible sewerage smell comes from toilet. It was clogged and had to clear it myself. The suites kitchen water is not drinkable as it smells, and has particles. Each time I asked to at least get a different room I was told to come next day. Little did I know this was a tactic to buy time to avoid having to resolve issues. They succeeded unfortunately. They over promise and under deliver. They will lie to cover their rear end. I’ve never stayed at any hotel this moldy and dirty and WORST of all grossly disgusting smell from toilet. It was so bad that we had to come up with our own solution and buy air freshener to deal with it. Please be aware this hotel also owns a few other hotels in Miami Beach Collins Ave. The other happens to be Hotel Shelly. The management team will be same, problems may be different. It isn’t worth your hassle booking this hotel and dealing with issues that won’t be solved. My trip was a waste entirely. Don’t let this happen to you.

Flojo. Lo unico destacable es la atención de la recepción. El hotel viejo y descuidado. El ascensor un desastre. El desayuno es en una mesa al lado de la recepción. El aparato del aire acondicionado esta dentro de la habitación y hace mucho ruido. Las ventanas trabadas y sucias y viejas. No volveremos.

I have traveled to 5 continents and countless countries, and I can honestly say that this is the worst hotel I have ever been to. The manager, Leo, was beyond rude, he was downright threatening and has a severe temper problem.The post on tripadvisor about him being racist holds true. He has a history of this. He actually used slurs when speaking to me. I would definitely not recommend guests to stay here.On top of the threatening service, I have attached pictures showing how dirty the bedsheets are, the lack of housekeeping, the broken elevator, and the view from the window.I am surprised a place like this is still in business. I would strongly recommend against staying at this hotel. If you stay here, you will strongly regret it, as I did. Run, don't walk, anywhere else.

Stayed at Nassau for 4 nights. Majority of the people at the front desk were very friendly, but some of them just look at you and don't say anything when you walk in. Rooms do not look anything like the pictures, but they were clean. Our room said it had a safe, but there was none. Wifi is HORRIBLE in the rooms (3rd floor) not too sure if it was any better in the lobby. Best thing was, Nassau is extremely close to the beach which my partner and I enjoyed :)

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! They took a picture of my debit card and when asked why the owner LEO rudely responded "It's a first time for everything " .... oh really?!? Plus The shower didn't have a curtain so water got ALL over the floor. Not sure how they got such a high rating.. I ignored the negative reviews but you shouldn't. Only thing good was the location but it's other locations that would be glad to have my money and I'll give it to them my next Miami trip!

Location, room sizes, and cleanliness are the reason to stay here. Typical Miami Beach boutique hotel rooms are not as big much less have a full kitcken setup. The AC worked extremely well and kept the room perfectly cool. Check in was smooth with no problems. Noise was not a problem as is typical of most centrally located hotels. There is an outdated gym in the basement if you should care to get a workout in. + for free chairs and beach towels Breakfast is extremely simple. Juice, milk, pastries. If you're looking for a robust buffet this is not the place....but walk across the street to any of the restaurant/coffee shops for good cheap breakfast. Room was always superbly clean and fresh.

I loved the cleanliness and the staff. There was a moldy smell in the hallway, but it was confined to the hallway and our room was fine.

The rooms are clean, the staff is pleasant and helpful, and the location is convenient to the beach. The only downside is that there was a lot of street noise into our room (which faced the front of the hotel, on a hurry street). If you're looking for quiet, you might try asking for a back-facing room.

Nice remodled rooms. Small quiet hotel......However, you are not allowed to have more than 2 people in the room unless you pay for them and give identification. This place is good if you want something very secure but not great for groups. Some of the staff at the front desk are very rude.

Would not recommend. Came for a night getaway with spouse and it was very disappointing. The sites in the area were great. Car was scratched in the private parking lot that we paid to keep safe. The hotel was close to everything. Dark, dingy, smelly and old.

My girlfriends and I stayed here for the Winter Music Conference as well for my birthday. The trip started off rough but, when we got there the hotel staff (Lilli) was so sweet she made it so easy for us. The room was amazing our friends stayed at the Surfcomber which was loud, noisy and very small! Our room was a double queen it was huge with a bar and kitchen. We had a huge frig and microwave! I was in love not to mention the big flat screen and ipod doc saved us! I couldn't recommend a better place to stay! The room was so wonderful and perfect for females! It was an over-sized suite!! When it rained the water leaked in from the windows that was annoying.
