“Great location, very reasonably priced for downtown. Place is clean staff are attentive. Will your room have some defects? maybe a peeling wall paper somewhere? Sure, but overall great place. We've stayed there three times over the years and had zero issues.”

“Pictures looked really nice online but was underwhelmed when we got here. Everything is just outdated especially the bathrooms. The bed was hard and uncomfortable but the room did have a cozy feel nonetheless. Nothing really special about the lobby, restaurants and bar closed due to covid. Front desk were nice except the morning we were checking out we called to ask for a blow dryer (They are not provided in the rooms) and the lady was very rude. She said “if we have one i’ll send it up” with a tone and hung up the phone.. we never received one. Overall it’s not a horrible place to stay, it’s a good location but just probably would not stay again! Better options for the same price range in Chicago area.”
