“Mixed feelings about this place. First, it took about an hour and 15 minutes to check in. I've literally never in my life waited that long to check in to a room at any hotel ever. They only have one or two people at the desk checking in guests.
The big disappointment was that the beach connected to the hotel is incredibly rocky with big stones. Too dangerous to swim unless you want to take a chance at getting scratched up or cracking your head against the rocks. Paying all this money for a beach-front hotel but not able to swim in the ocean was very frustrating.
It would be nice if more of their waiters and kitchen staff spoken better English. A majority of visitors are English speaking so you would think they would train a few people up to be able to communicate with their guests. It took a few days to be able to communicate my specific dietary needs to them and they did try their best to accommodate me and my wife.
On a more positive note, the views of the turquoise ocean were very nice and the travel agency was helpful in lining up tours.”

“This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations, very clean, hotel grounds well manicured with plenty of staff and security. I booked a double beds with ocean view and got upgraded to a king suite with ocean view due to my room not being ready yet as I arrived early....super awesome! Everyone is very friendly, I loved being at the pool bar...that was my favorite spot to swim, drink, and snack on those fried shrimp tacos with the spicy avocado sauce. I definitely was a happy buzzed guest. This is definitely a family and couples hotel, didn’t notice any solo travelers like my myself but it was still enjoyable. I treated myself to a deep tissue massage and Elsa was wonderful! So relaxing to have a massage a step away from the beach, with the sounds of ocean was just what I needed. The only issue I had was the miscommunication with the Covid testing, I was within the 3 days prior to my departure but I was told to take it the next day which caused me to miss my planned day of excursions, aside from that, everything else was awesome and I’d definitely recommend to others and will be returning later this year.”
