“Everyone was so friendly!!! Nope”

“Pretty decent hotel, we really like it. We spent 5 days there, the staff is very friendly (in general people in downtown is very friendly) from the guys in the parking area to the servers at the restaurants. Bedroom are confortables, no complaints. Location is EXCELLENT. Breakfast is good for $25 buffet. Bar in the lobby level is nice, good beers. If we come back to Chicago we will consider this hotel again.”
