“El wi-fi es pésimo en las habitaciones, Deben de hacer algo al respecto!!! El personal en general es muy amable y servicial y question de A y B no es nada malo pero podrían mejorar. A su respuesta Creo que no tienen que disculparse es solo un punto de vista y una crítica constructiva, la cual nos ayuda a ser mejores personas o empresa y ser mejor día a día y brindar una estadía inolvidable a cada uno de sus huéspedes. Para el bien de su cadena de hoteles y de cada touristas que los visiten. gracias.”

“This hotel was fine.
Pool was a little slimey and had a strange smell, a bit like vinegar.
The room had some broken furniture and the AC struggled to keep the room at 25°C, running 24/7.
The shower rapidly cycled between hot and cold water, low and high water flow. You had to constantly fiddle with the knob. I had to keep my showers really brief.
Had a couple of drinks and they were good. Didn't try the food at the hotel.”
