“All of the staff here were so kind and really wanted you to enjoy your stay! We were almost shocked at how genuine their attitudes were and how easily they made conversation with us. They made sure to wear masks at all times as well. The dinner restaurants were really good in my opinion, and the location was great, close to so many things. We had an ocean view room that was wonderful to wake up to each morning, and it was very easy to access the beach from most rooms it seemed. Highly recommend!”

“I didn't like people attitude at all there They don't even smile and you always get the feeling that you are asking them for a favor Usually when you go to any all inclusive place you have variety of food every day but what I found was same exact menu and food every single day no changes for the 3 meals Regarding the pool it's not clean and a lot of sand inside the pool which was always there during my stay They have different restaurants and when we went to make a reservation to try any difficult food the lady there was rude and her attitude was so bad and she said we don't have any available reservation which is so weird cause she said you have to make it at least 3 days before again never saw that anywhere before The only good thing there is the drinks and cocktails they do, also beach is amazing Otherwise you need to check different places before you go spend a lot of money there.”
