“I was given 2 rooms as I was not content with the first room. Both rooms smelled like mold, the walls and sheets were wet and humid, with covid I did not feel comfortable staying at this hotel there for I withdrew my stay. I was told I would get an email confirmation with a refund & it will show in my credit card in 3-5 business days. After calling 3x and getting the run around, I was forced to get stern which lead to me receiving an email. However, when speaking on the phone with the receptionist, she was exceptionally rude! Who puts a client on hold without saying “I am going to place you on a brief hold”? .. I was left talking to myself. I was also told that I was never charged anything... when clearly it states in my credit card statements that the charge is still there. Needless to say, take your money elsewhere. Your pockets, health and sanity will thank you later!”

“This place is actually a gem. I was just in town for a long weekend so was looking for something close by the parks and main drags and wasn't really focused on full scale resort as much as I was a convenient place to stay. I was very pleasantly surprised.... wonderful pool area, great food there even at night, and clean rooms. Staff is extremely pleasant even through challenging worker shortage conditions. If you are looking for decent quality with a really nice vibe in a convenient location with a good amount of amenities at an affordable rate do not hesitate to stay here.”
