LOVE this hotel! Booked it last minute for an unexpected visit to Chetumal and couldn’t be more pleased. It was very clean, very comfortable and for our visit he location was perfect (right next to the mall on the main road). While the gym was small it had enough to get a good workout and was clean with good working AC. The complimentary breakfast was way better than I had anticipated with eggs, lots of fruits, potatoes and of course coffee. Staff was also very friendly and helpful and patient with our limited Spanish.No complaints and wonderfully surprised with the quality for the price.

Excelente hotel, parece limpo, cheira bem, as camas são confortáveis, boa pressão da água no chuveiro e sai QUENTE! Wi-Fi é bem rápido.O bar de café-da-manhã foi ótimo, eles servem ovos reais (não o pó de ovo seco que foi reconstituído em gosma) e os grãos foram definitivamente feitos na hora e misturados, não em pó. E o melhor de tudo, A CAFETEIRA PREPARA FEIJÕES FRESCOS, selecione as opções American e Espresso ao mesmo tempo para uma excelente xícara de café!Eu definitivamente recomendaria este hotel a ninguém, é o melhor negócio no centro da cidade, e em frente ao maior shopping center/ shopping center em Chetumal.

Os quartos são limpos e funcionais. Os banheiros poderiam ter uma iluminação melhor. A área de estar é bastante agradável. O café da manhã poderia melhorar, por exemplo, adicionando uma torradeira. Em geral, a estadia é boa.

Lo mejor es la atención que te dan en recepción la limpieza en la mañana es pésima pero la señorita de la tarde es dedicada a su trabajo el desayuno ni bueno mi malo. Recomendable !!!!

Las habitaciones están limpias y son funcionales. Los baños podrían tener mejor iluminación. El área de descanso es bastante agradable. El desayuno podría mejorar, por ejemplo, poniendo una tostadora. En general, la estancia es buena.

Excellent hotel, looks clean, smells nice, beds are comfortable, good water pressure in the shower and it comes out HOT! WiFi is pretty fast. The breakfast bar was great, they serve real eggs (not the dry egg powder that's been reconstituted into goop) and the beans were definitely freshly made and blended, not from powder. Best of all, THE COFFEE MAKER BREWS FRESH GROUND BEANS, select both the American and Espresso options at the same time for an excellent cup of joe! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone, it's the best deal around within the center of the city, and across the street from the biggest mall/ shopping center in Chetumal.

Excelente local para descansar, quer venha em viagem de negócios e/ou em família. Funcionários muito simpáticos e um local que cumpre todas as medidas sanitárias. Pequeno-almoço buffet incluído, a verdade é que tem um pequeno-almoço muito rico. Não dou 5 estrelas por 2 motivos, 1º. A internet não funcionava bem no quarto que ficava no terceiro andar e no 2º. O quarto tinha um cheiro estranho, como esgoto mofado algo assim. Mas no geral estadia muito agradável. Tudo era agradável. O local é altamente recomendado, a verdade é que voltaria com prazer a este estabelecimento... Ah, também tem uma piscina para dar um bom mergulho nestes dias de calor...

Excelente lugar para descansar, ya sea que vengas por negocios y/o viaje familiar. Personal muy amable y lugar que cumple con todas las medidas sanitarias. Desayuno tipo buffet incluído, la verdad desayunas muy rico. No le doy 5 estrellas por 2 razones, 1a. El internet no llego bien a la habitación que se encontraba en el tercer piso y 2a. La habitación tenía un raro aroma, como a humedad a caño algo así. Pero en general muy grata la estadía. Todo fue grato. Muy recomendable el lugar, la verdad si regresaría con gusto a este establecimiento.... Ah también cuenta con piscina para darte un buen chapuzón para estos días de calor.....

I was moved to 3 different rooms on the first day of check in. First room: toilet seat had urine and hair and soiled sheets. Second room: toilet floor was wet due to a leak from toilet. Third room was okay. The corridor outside my room had mud that smelled bad and was never cleaned during my stay. My key card had issues and wasn't working. I used the do not disturb sign on my door and while I was out my room was cleaned... The breakfast was okay.

Muy limpio, agua caliente, toallas, secadora para el cabello,plancha para ropa, crema corporal, jabón facial, jabón corporal,shampoo y acondicionador incluidos, así q no tienes q preocuparte x llevar y servicio de café las 24hrs, aire acondicionado al 100, almohadas muy suaves y sábanas muy limpias y la alberca muy limpia

Limpieza deficiente, desayuno pobre, agua caliente solo a solicitud. La primera habitación a la que ingresamos tenía mal olor (como cañería), el baño estaba visiblemente sucio, cabellos en la cama, una sola toalla para dos personas, y la instalación de la puerta mal hecha por lo que cuesta abrir la puerta. Poca atención al detalle en las instalaciones en general. Sin embargo, recibimos atención rápida lo que mejoró la estancia. La segunda habitación con el olor ya diferente, aunque el baño tenía suciedad de sarro (al menos ya no tan sucio).

Buen hotel muy limpio , piscina muy funcional, desayuno cumplidor , si se hospedan 3 o 4 personas en habitación doble , pidan toallas para todos , ya que solo ponen 2 ( no se fijan en los detalles ) no ponen suficiente verdura en el desayuno ( no llegaban los suministros , fue su explicación) las llaves 🔑 magnéticas fallan

Como todos los de la cadena. Tiene parquing privado gratis, gym, piscina.... El desayuno es mejorable pero aun asi esta rico. El personal amable. La habitacion muy bien.

Nice clean close to international Airport. Free breakfast. Shuttle to airport not Free! 2020: I am redoing a space in my house and I remembered the interesting thing to hang your clothes on in room. Artistic and functional. Any ideas name and where to buy it?

Ive stayed here 5 years ago and in Costa Rica.Ive always been impressed with this hotel. Basic hotel with superior service. Staff was very attentive.Clean, modern and very nice and next to the mall. They also offer shuttle service.

Good if you stay one or two nights alone. The rooms are very small. Bedding is excellent! Cleanness is almost great. They change their room prices during the day. Breakfast is included and your average free breakfast. The security guards/bell boys are incredibly friendly and helpful!! The mall is across from the parking lot so no need of a car. About minutes from the airport and 20 from downtown
