“Without consent I was given a smokers' room, reeking disgustingly. Opening the windows? Possible, but outside it is reeking of old rotten food. By far the worst experience I had in Athens and you should know that I was not complaining about a hostel for 9€/night.”

“Was craving for Greek vanilla creme for months and tried my luck to see if Novotel has it or not when I arrived in Greece couple days back. They didn't have this on the menu but they made this specially for me and delivered it to my room.
