I don't think I can explain how perfect the location is of this hotel. It's in a high traffic neighborhoods and is right on the river walk. The hotel provided us with a double queen room that over looked the river at no extra cost. The room was extremely clean and quiet despite having rambunctious neighbors. I would stay here again in a heart beat and would recommend it to everyone! The staff was friendly and I felt extremely safe during out stay!

The hotel is really nice with very kind service. I would like to especially compliment Jattna, the personal trainer at the hotel gym! She gives free workout classes every morning. I wish the hotel told me at the check-in straight away because I got a great workout done within 30 minutes of her class. She pays so much attention to you and your goals. If you have any specific injuries she modifies them so easily that you still get the maximum out of your workout! A very professional and attentive person who makes working out in the early morning so much fun, no matter your level! Next time I stay here, I'm definitely taking her classes again! I recommend her and her class to anyone who stays at this hotel.

The hotel was wonderful and the staff made you feel like family! Rafael greeted us with a smile when we checked in and remembered our names throughout our stay and asked how we were enjoying the hotel and the city numerous times when we would walk through the lobby! We made it a point to tell Rafael goodbye when we had to leave today, because his customer service was superb! We will certainly be back, as this was such a pleasant experience and stay! Room service was so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The views from the room were astonishing! Thank you to everyone at the hotel that made our stay extraordinarily and we cannot wait to visit the Sheraton Grand Chicago again, when we visit the city in a few months!

Pretty decent hotel, we really like it. We spent 5 days there, the staff is very friendly (in general people in downtown is very friendly) from the guys in the parking area to the servers at the restaurants. Bedroom are confortables, no complaints. Location is EXCELLENT. Breakfast is good for $25 buffet. Bar in the lobby level is nice, good beers. If we come back to Chicago we will consider this hotel again.

Beautiful hotel, centrally located with amazing views! This was my first stay at this particular hotel, but definitely will not be my last. The check-in process was quick and efficient and the service at the front desk and throughout the multi-day stay was well above average. "Ask and ye shall receive" -- they honored my preferences around room floor and view and it was simply breathtaking despite the gloomy weather.

Beautiful hotel down town Chicago, next to the River Walk. Visited the place for a conference. Well organized meeting rooms. Complimentary water and coffee stations. Large lobby with plenty of seating. Not sure about parking as I did not use it during the visit.

Was a super smooth process checking in early without charging us, allowed us to park in the underground parking early as well as keep out vehicle there after checking out till 4. Nice clean rooms with great pillows. Will for sure stay here.every time in town. Can't forget about our room view was amazing.

Absolutely gorgeous facility. Very clean and well maintained. The on-site restaurants are very nice. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet as the selectionz were plentiful. There is a cost of $25/per but worth it. Shula's restaurant was amazing as well. Very good food selections.

This is a 5 star review for Suzanne (and whoever makes the vegetable soup). Suzanne was amazing! When my food delivery was delivered to the wrong address, Suzanne asked if I was hungry and got me some vegetable soup from the kitchen and it was the best vegetable soup I've ever had. She was extremely helpful the following day as well with departure/ luggage/ shuttle accommodations. Also, learn from me! The food here is really good!

Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ when booking your room. This site will compare thousands of booking websites and typically will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This hotel is the best rated in the area. I've been staying here for a long time. If you decide to stay here you will love it I'm sure! From the minute we got out of the car, John took the greatest care of our family. The hotel is beautiful and perfectly located but the service was even better. John was at our service for any little thing we needed and always made our children feel welcome and special.

I decided to do a staycation, it was amazing!! This hotel is absolutely Beautiful!! The guys out front were so kind, welcoming, and helpful. I cannot remember the young lady's name at the front desk, but she was great!! She upgraded my room free of charge! They are in the midst of renovations, so there was no room service but I just used a food delivery service and there's Starbucks and a few restaurants nearby. I definitely will be going back, the room was immaculate and so very comfortable. I loved it!!

Great location. The staff was polite and courteous. The room was clean and up to date. Hotel overall was great. Our room was next to the stairs, we could hear it opening and closing, as well as hear the people walking on the stairs.

Great location! Walking distance to Navy Pier, Millenium Park, shopping, and great restaurants. Right on the river and our room had a perfect view. Good stay overall. Room was so loud! Not from noisy neighbors or even street traffic, but constant knocking and clanging in the walls. (Not sure if it was coming from above or next to our room). It went on all hours of the morning. Also did not get housekeeping service.

The location is great! Our room was a little dated, specifically the bathroom. There was paint peeling in the shower, dust on the vanity, and dirt in the door jam. For the price, I would expect more.

Loved this hotel and the staff. Great views and we upgraded for Club Access (cheaper than a Club Room; ie, you can visit the Club, but aren’t on that floor) - it’s a great deal. Ideal location for all the main attractions. My teenage kids loved it. Even has a fun store with Cubs Hawaiian shirts! We will be back.

Charlotte was very helpful! I needed to fax a document today, and when I went to Fedex, they told me that they don't offer that service. However, when I went to the reception at the hotel, Charlotte agreed to scan and fax my paper for free. I was impressed with the quality of customer service. Definitely worth 5-stars.

It is rare that my family can stay in such a high quality hotel. I want to thank all the staff for making us feel like family. There are positives and negatives at this hotel. Positives are it's in a great location if you want to visit downtown tourist attractions, and if you get the right room the views can be spectacular. The negatives are the rooms are extremely dated and what they consider a "deluxe" room and will charge you extra for is only deluxe because of the view not for the furnishings or the size of the ro which seemed more suited to a two or three star roadside hotel. When we got to the hotel and requested a room away from the street we were told by front desk we could get a deluxe room with a lake view for $20 extra dollars a night. It sounded reasonable so we agreed. Instead of what we were promised we were given a room with a River view facing the street and a room that had the feel of a motel room, although to be fair the view of the river was spectacular. There was even plastic peeling from various places in the bathroom tub. When we called guest room services to get the room we were told we would have facing the lake, we were told this was the only room we could get for what we had paid and we could go back to our original room if we wanted. I asked what was deluxe about the room considering the furnishings were so dated and the room was small and was told it was because it was higher up and had a good view. We also asked for a 1030 am wake up call and received one at 830 M instead. Which was def not welcome.

Nice hotel nice lotion YES after spending almost --- for two night of staying when we arrived we where told we needed to pay 60 a night for parking. Very upset shld have been told this in advance. Ridiculous

Very nice, clean hotel. Great view from our room. Close to so many excellent restaurants. Great for conferences. Not too far away from the Blue Line when you arrive. Least favorite part though was you couldn't fit any food in their fridge, and also there was no microwave, so you couldn't enjoy any leftovers from all the great restaurants!

The hotel was very busy, but it was still quiet and peaceful in the rooms. The location was great. We never used our car once we arrived. Everything was within walking distance and the water taxi stop is close too. Overall a very nice experience. The is no room in the fridge to put any of your own food because it's packed full of mini bar items and the hotel will charge you if you remove anything from the fridge to make room because everything in there is on a sensor.
