“Rooms were fantastic, service is absolutely incredible, and its a beautiful place. The shows were always a blast in the evening! Love the staff. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is the food was really a let down. Also due to COVID19 there is no room service. I’ve stayed at other all inclusive resorts that had wonderful food. The food here never tasted fresh in the restaurants. You’d expect better food. The best food there was the poolside tacos- they were great!”
