“The hotel harasses you with high pressure sales people the moment you check in. They are not respectful of the fact you might be tired and want to go to your room. So expect a hostage taking when you arrive.
The food is okay and the servers are not happy to be there.
If you make reservations for the gym or any activity, expect that your reservation will be given away, even if you have confirmed multiple times. Also, expect no compensation or accountability to be taken by the hotel for their errors.
Furthermore, if things need fixing in the room you will typically have to ask multiple times for them to be corrected.
I have stayed in several resorts in Puerto Vallarta and this resort was very disappointing. I do not recommend staying here and I would not stay again.”

“Sin dudarlo volvería a regresar al hotel, excelente servicio, excelente comida y lindas instalaciones 🥰 lo recomiendo ampliamente. Sus habitaciones son muy cómodas y tienen una decoración muy linda. La comida en todos los restaurantes es muy rica pero sin duda recomendó más ir a cenar al restaurante de comida italiana. Una de las bebidas que recomiendo son las margaritas de mango y sin alcohol las panteras rosas. Tienen una playa muy linda y muy limpia al igual que la alberca. Por último el personal del lugar está muy bien capacitado y son personas muy amables.”
