Llevamos años quedandonos en este hotel porque esta cerca de Ifema. Ya es como estar en casa. El hotel es bueno muy bueno, pero mejor son sus empleados . Julio, Marcos…. Y en general todosnos hacen sentir fenomenal. Es totalmente recomendable, ambiente tranquilo, buena comida, buen desayuno, buena habitacion, … y buena gente

Un hotel que cuida mucho el detalle. El trato en especial de Marco de recepción del turno de noche es excelente a parte de ser una persona muy resolutiva. La única pega es el servicio del bar restaurante que son muy lentos.

We chose this hotel because the hotels in central Madrid are expensive and we were not disappointed. The hotel is located 30-40 minutes by train to central Madrid (old town) and 10 minutes by taxi from the airport - very well connected. Going to central Madrid was quite easy because the Metro runs frequently and the hotel is just 6 minutes walk to San Lorenzo Metro station. The hotel was modern and clean. If i go back to Madrid, I will stay at this hotel again.

El restaurante del hotel es inmejorable. Las habitaciones nuevas, personal muy amable y atento. Cuesta un poco llegar al centro, pero si lo contratas para alguna feria, no te arrepentirás, es lo mejor que encontramos en años.

Situación muy cerca de IFEMA si vienen por trabajo. Pero aunque esta todo muy limpio y la cama es súper cómoda, no se puede descansar. Tienen enfrente un salón de banquetes y están con música hasta altas horas de la madrugada. Son las 2:50h de la madrugada y sigue la juega. Hemos llamado 2 veces a recepción para preguntar y nos dicen que les dijeron que terminaban pronto. Y pronto que hora es?? Si quieres descansar no lo recomiendo, tienes la juerga en la habitación. A pesar de las buenas instalaciones y el servicio, no repetiría por el ruido.

A este hotel le tengo un cariño especial. Una atención impecable y cercana hacen que te sientas como en tu casa. Espero seguir yendo a este hotel. También puedes comer o cenar. Las instalaciones muy limpias y todo muy cuidado .

Clean, tidy and good sized rooms. The staff are friendly and food choice in the bar and via room service is good. Bar has a good selection of drinks too.

The hotel is very well located in the business park very close to the Madrid fair. Within walking distance of metro stations one can also easily get to Madrid's center.Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is delicious. My room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The hotel is about 10min taxi ride to/from airport which could also be reached by metro (then 45min).

Criminals, workers stole all my belongings, passport, 5000 euros, credit cards and the reception and security covered it. Did not help and hid the videos at the moment of theft and after. Do not get close and keep safe.

A great three night stay to visit Madrid. Close to the metro station (10 minutes) by a residential area, quiet and safe. The space of the hotel is clean, organized, welcoming, the staff is approachable and friendly. great for a couple or even family trip. A little noise from the motorway near the hotel is the only negative.

Not really a Marriot standard. Not so clean, Iâve found hair in my bed and it was not mine for sure...... Near IFEMA but doesnt offer shuttle to go there nor to the airport. Taxi or car is needed...
