“Eu não recomendo usar este hotel para o seu bloco de casamento. Evite o estresse!! Eu nunca recebi ligações ou e-mails da equipe de vendas por semanas a fio. A comunicação era terrível. Eles não oferecem uma suíte de cortesia para os noivos como qualquer outro hotel. O hotel em si é bom, mas não vale o estresse causado pela equipe de vendas.”

“Paramos para uma estadia em uma longa viagem de Wisconsin a NY. Quando chegamos lá, o quarto que nos foi dado originalmente parecia bom à primeira vista, no entanto, a porta não se fechou e a lâmpada da mesa teve que ser batida para ligar e, mesmo assim, piscou. Alguém poderia simplesmente ter entrado na sala. Quando descemos, explicamos sobre a porta e solicitamos um novo quarto, nos perguntaram: "Bem, a fechadura funciona pelo menos?" Seriamente. Nosso filho estava tão desconfortável aqui e queria sair para encontrar um hotel diferente.”
