Old but extremely nice property. The rooms are small in size but very well maintained, nice and clean. They did not acknowledge the platinum and ambassador status but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location is extremely convenient, within walking distance to the main landmarks, main transportation. This hotel is definitely a solid option in lo fans one of my favorite ones.

Remember to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any stay. They compare thousands of booking websites and usually will have rooms much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of the best in the area. I've been staying here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you definitely won't regret it. Our stay was absolutely FANTASTIC! The location is central to so many tourist attractions. The staff was so kind and had taken care of our every need. I had left my laptop in the hotel following my stay and they went so far as to send it to me in Scotland. The bartenders were so kind.

We had a wonderful stay at St. Ermin's Hotel recently. It is a great option for families of five thanks to their family suite, which sleeps five and has two bathrooms. We typically wouldn't stay at a four star hotel, but the suite was a better option than reserving two rooms at a lower tier hotel, at a comparable price. The whole staff was fantastic - front desk, Gary and his team at concierge, housekeeping, room service, and the restaurant staff. Special shout out to Ramos who was our waiter every morning for breakfast. He is such a kind man and very attentive. He treated our kids so well, sometimes packing treats to go and always quick to fill their juice cups. After our first morning seated in his section we requested him by name every morning of our stay, and the lovely team of ladies at the hostess station were always happy to oblige. When we checked in, the front desk handed each of our three boys a "Top Secret" Spy package. It gave a brief history the hotel played in both World Wars and included a fun scavenger hunt that, upon completion, rewarded them with a prize and a special drink from the hotel bar. It was a very nice touch that entertained our kids on several evenings. The location of the hotel can't be beat - it is off the main roads so it felt quiet and secluded, while at the same time being in the center of some of the best sights in London - an easy walk to Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, London Eye, Trafalgar Square, Palace of Westminster, River Thames, and St. James Park, to name a few - all within about a one mile walk. Whenever we return to London we will certainly stay at St. Ermin's!

Gorgeous Marriott hotel in Westminster with easy walking to most attractions. Hotel bar has yummy lighter food (try the Korean cauliflower) and nice cocktails and service was top notch. Note that there is also a separate hotel restaurant. Rooms are nice, clean, and newly renovated, though the outlet situation is not great (why is it always hard to find outlets by your bed for phone/laptop, or by mirror for hair dryer). Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, very traditional style hotel in amazing location just short walk to St James park, Buckingham palace, Westminster abbey, Trafalgar Square and Soho. Rooms are nice and cozy with comfy bed. Love all the environmental friendly adjustments like plastic free room keys, water in recyclable aluminum cans. The bee terrace is amazing. The hotel has great vibe and has super friendly and helpful staff. Shout out to Doris at the front desk who provided us with amazing service when checking in and with all inquiries during our stay. Book yourself for the afternoon tea. They have heaps of options for all dietary requirements. We had vegan option and it was amazing.

St. Ermin’s Hotel has a great location so I suggest to take a good rest at night so you can have full energy going around at some of the most popular destinations the morning after. The staff from St. Ermin’s Hotel are exceptionally nice. It makes our stay even better knowing that there are great people who will take care of us while in London.

Nice hotel, 2 min walk from St James Park underground station. Nice rooms - small and simple. Comfortable bed, and walls were thick. Really nice shower. They let us check in 2 hours early, which was great. Has a bar, with some decent offerings. Breakfast was nice, but pretty expensive at 21 quid per person for buffet style.

Fantastic interior, friendly, helpful and generous service. I dropped in for a coffee whilst passing and it transpired that the hotel was closed until the following Monday, however I was made welcome, and offered a coffee on the house! Interesting display on the ground floor about the hotels SOE past.

A gem of a hotel within the heart of London.The staff is very friendly and they have put safety measures in place during this pandemic times to make sure your stay is comfortable and safe.We live in London but we stayed over for a night as this was where we got married.The atmosphere is still very good and relaxing despite the pandemic that is currently going on.They have renovated many of the rooms while they were in lockdown.I enjoy the odd touches provided by them which made our stay very special.We had a one year child with us and he enjoyed exploring the hotel too :)I would recommend travellers or even Londoners to come and treat yourself to a lovely mini break at St.Ermin's

If any one is trying to find good deals for hotels and resorts browse through ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ reserved a hotel on there and these guys had the lowest rates just about anywhere! Impeccable customer service. Rooms are bit.dated the flooring etc, but it adds a certain charm. It's in a ideal location within walking distance to the tourist attractions and close to the train station.

O atendimento foi razoável para a categoria hotelareira especificada esperava um pouco mais. O alojamento foi bom de forma geral, limpeza espectacular sem aspectos a mencionar. O wc era pequeno , e a decoraçãoera ligeiramente antiquada, poderia haver melhoramentos, no entanto numa excelente localização para quem quer estar de visita àcidade ou em trabalho.O preçonem écaro nem barato estáadequado . O aspecto exterior ébonito, entrada e lobby também.

Me encantó!! Pasamos unos días en familia y me encantó todo, el hotel es precioso por dentro, totalmente cuidado, limpio, y digno de ver. Los empleados amabilisimos, siempre con una sonrisa y tratando de ayudar. Mencionar a Sara, una chica recepcionista española que es un total encanto, dispuesta a ayudarte en todo lo que estaba en su mano, súper simpática y amable y muy servicial, y Juan que nos ayudó también en todo lo que le pedimos con una gran sonrisa.
