“A good hotel in most respects. The staff were personable, the room was clean, quiet and the shower was good. Breakfast wasn't great, even for a typical fried buffet, but acceptable if you forget how much you're being charged for it. The reason I won't be back though is the parking. It's a £21 charge per 24 hours, which depending on your room, is a significant % increase in the overall cost of the stay. There are plenty of alternatives to the Crowne Plaza in and around the city so I recommend trying one of them instead.”

“The Crowne Plaza Birmingham provided me with an enjoyable overnight stay. It was simple to get there by public transportation. The staff were friendly, kind, and courteous from the outset. The club floor room was spacious and well-equipped for charging multiple devices; it also included a variety of amenities such as tea making facilities, bottled water, an iron, robes, and an in-room safe. The breakfast service was excellent; I was greeted in the dining room by a lady with a big smile, and the food was delicious too. I'm already making plans for 2023!”
