“The hotel has luxurious facilities and great mountain views. And most staff are friendly with smiling faces. The only reason why I can't give 5 stars is that the food served at the lounge wasn't that good enough considering the high accommodation costs. And plus, we kept hearing some kind of a muffled banging sound from upstairs at night so that we couldn't sleep soundly. I guess it was because we were close to the restaurant on the 13th floor.”

“We went to the Hyatt Bogota for brunch on a Sunday afternoon. We really liked the hotel and I think it is probably the best hotel in town. The interior is impressive and at the same time tasteful. The brunch wasn't that extensive, but the food on offer was of a very good quality.”
