I loved this hotel in 2020, it was CLEAN and the staff was nice. The price was amazing, I paid $20 per night in 2020. Now I come back in 2022 and find the place is dirtier, things are not fixed or managed properly tile dirty in bathroom, desks dirty in bedroom, things that should be fixed are not fixed! Elevator has missing buttons with holes! RUDE staff! Yet the price has TRIPLED! How do you charge $65 for a hotel and have a place like this, it's actually shameful and people should be aware of what they are getting. I don't understand where the money is going considering in 2020 the property looked much better and staff was much more friendly. Now staff is rude and and the rooms are dirty! THIS HOTEL NEEDS LOWER PRICES OR RENOVATION, CHOOSE ONE. UNTIL THEN I WILL NOT COME BACK.

He visto las calificaciones con un valor arriba de 4 estrellas quizá por esa razón elegí hospedarme pero nada es lo que parece. Las habitaciones son extremadamente pequeñas al menos la que elegí ( cama matrimonial) se que no es culpa de los trabajadores si no ya del diseño como tal.Te sientes encerrado. Por otra lado hago un llamado de atención sobre el personal de vigilancia en turno,es una persona que solo se dedica a ver películas en su celular lo peor de todo es que es la imagen de ingreso a este hotel.

Don’t go for this property. Very small room in big price. AC doesn’t work. Moreover staff is not accommodating. It’s unbelievable that a big chain like ibis will give us us room for 2 pax and staff told that this room is for 4 pax!!

Hotel localizado no centro, distante da Zona Hoteleira, mas fica em frente a um shopping imenso. Cama pequena, mas confortável o suficiente para ficar 2 dias. Bom custo/benefício.

Súper bien ubicado, instalaciones limpias. El cafecito que está afuera (da en la avenida) tiene una colección de pan dulce y pan en general, que nomás de verla engordé tres kilos jajaja. Tiene estacionamiento.

My husband is french so we were excited to stay at an Ibis. What a let down. We had only needed to stay a few days and that was already too much. The room was pretty much empty. Not even a towel to dry our hands on. And it took us having to walk back down to the lobby to get some towels. We kept getting locked out of our room. Not fun to have to walk back down to the lobby when you have arms full of bags of groceries. We checked out a day early and never looked back.

Estivemos por 10 dias agora em Jan/22, gostamos do hotel no geral, e o ponto máximo foi para o café da manhã, muito bem feito e servido, as meninas do café da manhãtrabalham muito bem e são muito educadas, sobretudo a Sra Esther.

El hotel Ibis es un muy buen lugar para hospedarse si se necesita quedarse en la ciudad. Los precios son muy accesibles y cuenta con una gran ubicación cerca del centro comercial de las Américas.El hotel cuenta con un agente de viajes que te puede recomendar tours a las distintas zonas turísticas.La habitación es algo pequeña, pero cómoda en sus instalaciones. Es un buen hotel si se viaja de forma rápida.

Es un hotel para no estar más de 2 noches. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas. Las camas cómodas y el aire acondicionado funciona bien. El baño esta ok.Is a hotel to not spend more than 2 nights. Rooms are too small. Beds are comfortable and the AC works well. The bath is ok.

no one even understand english . Room was terrible . in my reservation it says breakfast included they denied charged me twice . they have no management and no proper system kept my key from me and said i didnt pay told him its paid he didnt understand then other guy gave me key wat again at 11 pm same guy call me ur payment is due . i went to reception when i told him why u dont check ur systems he didnt understand other guy came on shift and he told it says its paid i was kind of himulated in front of other guests plus rooms are small and ac and fridge doesnt work good and i got cherge extra price too👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼avoid this place guys

Excelente Hotel. Quartos tradicionais, contém ar condicionado, frigobar, etc. Recomendo fechar pacote sem café da manhã (na porta tem uma boa padaria que fica bem mais em conta). É uma excelente localização pois tem farmácia, conveniência, supermercado tudo ao lado. Para chegar até o shopping é só atravessar a rua! Muito bom...

Ar condicionado dos quartos não gela. Tive que ir com o segurança de quarto em quarto até achar um que gelasse. Quanto entramos, o quarto estava fresco. Fiquei feliz, mas foi por pouco tempo. O problema é que esse ar nunca desligava, não regulava temperatura e eu passei muito frio.

Es un hotel ideal si vas de paso por la Ciudad y necesitas un hospedaje para descansar del aeropuerto sin introducirte en la concurrida zona hotelera del área turística. Tiene habitaciones cómodas y excelentes vistas. El único punto que no encuentro a su favor es que en el baño no hay Shampoo ni acondicionador, solo dispensadores de Jabón para el cuerpo; tampoco ofrece venta de cepillos de dientes entre otros elementos que suelen ser útiles de encontrar disponibles en las habitaciones de los hoteles.

Al llegar a este hotel con mascotas el personal te dejan un bloqueo de 1000 pesos a una tarjeta y cobra un excedente por traer mascotas que de paso son de apoyo emocional de 250 pesos por día pero jamás es publicado en su páginay el trato del personal de caja deja mucho que decir ...por lo de más el hotel está en una excelente ubicación y muy bien conservado

Will book this hotel again. They advertise as being pet friendly, but once you’re there with your pet they tell you the dog has to be in a cage if we want to use the elevator. The staff was very rude and basically kick us out with our pet. Stop advertising as per friendly when you’re actually pet unfriendly.

Do yourself a favor and do not stay at this hotel! Everything about this place is garbage. The hygiene is unacceptable! Rooms are filthy, they smell terrible and house keeping seems to do nothing when cleaning. It seems like they don’t change the sheets and put dirty towels in the bathroom. Breakfast also makes you want to throw up, the food is stale and disgusting. The staff members aren’t very welcoming and lack customer service skills. Housekeepers are rude and stingy with towels and refuse to provide clean ones. I have never had such a hideous experience like this before!

If you like being given a room that already has people in it and sleeping in a dirty room, this is your place. Staff are poorly trained and the rooms feel like you are sleeping in a shoe box. The place is old and they have zero covid protocols for cleaning

Infortunadamente tuve una mala experiencia en el hotel, mi vuelo se retrasó por lo que lleguemosmás tarde de lo previsto al hotel, la persona que estaba atendiendo me comentó que estaba haciendo auditoría y que en unos 20 minutos me atendía… ya era trde y obviamente lo que queríamos era una cama y dormir… decidimos esperar… ni siquiera nos ofreció espera en la sala de espera… después de uno minutos nos sugirió ir buscando otro lugar porq las reservas se cancelan después de las tres. La persona en todo momento poco empatico y algo rudo… decidimos irnos y buscar otro lugar y no esperar más tiempo, una lástima porque en esa cadena siempre había teñido buenas experiencias en otros estados…

You get what you pay for. Pros: Very conveniently located in Cancun Centro with lots of good restaurants around it. Cheap price if all you need is a place to crash at night. Feels safe and clean. Cons: Extremely small room and bathroom, A/C didn’t work well, bathtub required multiple attempts to flush, front desk staff not too helpful.

very unprofessional disrespectful rude staff . Racist . The room was very nasty and smelly. bed sheets were dirty. Ac did not work and the rooms were extremely small with no windows to open. Very sketchy hotel I did not feel comfortable or safe here. The breakfast was awful and stale made me sick I got food poisoning. The hotel is just way to overly price for what you get.

A convenient place to stay at a spot close to Las Américas Mall, the real center of Cancún City. All the transportation from the city points to this spot. The hotel is enough for business reasons and want to spend the night to keep on working or having fun in Cancún. Rally affordable and at a very handy spot to walk around the real city of Cancún. Across from Ibis you could find the most visited mall in Cancún as well as the beautiful Malecón to walk around. There is a supermarket form Walmart group called Superama with a high class service and products just at the first floor, you could find everything you need from the morning to the night. Across from Ibis you could find a 7Eleven if you need anything. This is may favorite spot to stay, to enjoy Cancún and Riviera Maya Parks. I prefer this spot more than one in the Hotel Zone, because I am normally out all day long.

Clean very don't expect anythings in the room like coffee pot ....micro...refrig ...there's nothing just plan room to sleep.. I just stood one night cuz it was just an over stay cuz I was staying at Isla Mujeres lovely place by the way I just didn't wanted to take ferry back to Isla till next day, but front people delitefull polite nice and respectful ..cute place

O hotel tem boa localização, os funcionários atenciosos e prestativos, o café da manhã gostoso, mas a limpeza do quarto é muito ruim.Quando chegamos no quarto, haviam fios de cabelo na parede do banheiro, o frigobar estavam sujos: o frigobar (externamente), o vidro da janela, alguns vestígios de restos de comida no chão aos pés da cama, rodapé das portas de entrada e banheiro estavam com ferrugem e o corredor do andar também parecida não ser limpo todos os dias. (saliento que informamos à situação para.a recepção e eles providenciaram a limpeza do quarto, logo no dia seguinte, visto que era um.pouco tarde do dia, mas mesmo assim, não ficou a contento).Ficamos surpresos com essas condições, visto que essa com certeza não é o padrão da rede Accor de que estamos acostumados, mesmo referindo-se a bandeira Ibis.Espero que essas colocações sirvam de parâmetro para auxiliar e melhorar.os serviços da Unidade Ibis Cancun Centro.
