No me gusto. Si vas de negocio solo un día esta bien. No cafe en las habitaciones, ni ofrecen. El restaurante nunca pude ingresar soloa los que hiban con paquete los dejan ingresar, sera porque es chico el lugar?. No ofrecen vasos, ni agua para beber en las habitaciones, el gel antibacterial con olor feo y el gel que dejan para el baño no muy bueno.

La ubicación es perfecta para lo que necesite, el baño es pequeño en general el cuarto, el buffet deja mucho que desear y no es económico. El personal es accesible y muy amable. Tiene zona para planchar y para bolear zapatos.

Es in hotel sumamente descuidado y hay muchísimas cosas que mejorar. Les comparto mu experiencia y espero que la suya sea mejor. Las chicas atendiendo en recepción son muy lentas cuando hay mucha gente, no hay organización ni claridad de la entrega de habitaciones. Tampoco usan cubrebocas en ningún momento. Las habitaciones están muy descuidadas, les falta limpieza, los muebles dañados, el pasillo del hotel sucio, todo muy viejo y de verdad descuidado. En cada piso hay una estación con in barro de planchar que esta en las condiciones más horribles del hotel, funda quemada, con hoyos y nuevamente todo sucio. Las toallas que te ponen en las habitaciones están deshilachadas y con hoyos. De verdad no ko recomiendo hay muchas opciones cercanas muchísimo mejor.

El costo por habitación está dentro del promedio del resto de hoteles, lamentablemente la dimensión de las habitaciones es estrecha y resulta incomodo, lo mismo con el estacionamiento, es completamente reducido y si traes camioneta seguramente te será difícil estacionarte y si lo logras probablemente quedarás excediendo dimensiones. Las tarjetas de acceso se desprograman todo el tiempo y tienes que pedir en recepción que te la registren nuevamente casi en cada ocasión que quieres entrar a tu habitación. No probé la comida pero parecía que tenían un buen café.

Es un buen lugar 100% de negocios, rápido y para la expo un 10. Lamentablemente el servicio dejó qué desear ya que fue lento en recepción al solo tener una persona atendiendo entradas y salidas y administrador . El restaurante bien atendido pero falta más variedad. En general para business muy aceptable. RESTAURANTE: Hoy pague el desayuno en mi tarifa, NO LO HAGAN, el servicio cierra a las 10:30am, no avisan y como llegue a las 10:31am dijeron desde la puerta a cocina. Inch3gente p3nd3j@para que llega a esta hora, MAL SERVICIO pegado al hotel esta Cafe de Cordova y Pitaya desayunos. Repito NO PAGUEN DE MAS y sean victimas de un servicio PÉSIMO.

Horrible! Cada vez esta peor esta línea… no creí que hubiera caído tanto, el servicio nada eficiente, las habitaciones sucias, el baño en ellas está horrible, parecen baños públicos y creo hay mejor de esos, las regaderas están sucias, el lavabo está maltratado y descuidado, no hay jabón de manos, las toallas viejas, rasposas y feas. No saben ni que habitaciones están “listas” pues llegamos a nuestra habitación y estaba sucia y sin las camas hechas … nos cambiaron la habitación y Al entrara la habitación huele feo El peor hotel en el que nos hemos hospedadoEn Guadalajara

Lugar con buena ubicación y servicio, pero el baño de la habitación tenía mancha de sarro y las toallas pienso que pueden tener un poco más de limpieza y mejorar su olor. En general bien, otro tema para facturar ha sido muy complicado, solo la generan a la salida y a través de mail. Tardan en dar respuesta.

The room was a mess. The room door was open on arrival. The beds were not done. The bathroom towels were all on the floor. I tried calling the receptionist for 20 mins, and no answer. BTW. My credit card was charged for the services. Not cool

I believe that I paid a fair price for what the hotel is. It is a French hotel company that specializes in a comfortable no frills economic set up. To no surprise it was just that; a comfortable no frills economic experience. Pros: Right across the street from the Expo for events! Local shopping and dining center “Plaza del Sol” is just around the corner! Pillow top memory foam mattress, A/C, decent shower pressure, hair dryer, Spanish cable television, free wifi, and secure free parking! Cons: only 2 electrical outlets in room, rooms are REALLY for 2 people max.

We are having a great week at ibis GDL Expo! Staff is so nice, management has been helpful with special requests and incoming packages. Very central for all of our video sites in and around GDL. THANKS AGAIN ibis! Always the best value. (And restaurant is open)

I stayed for 1 week in this hotel and actually everything was really cool! Staff is friendly and they are available all time. Restaurant is still closed because of coronavirus stuff but you still can order food and they will bring it until your room

No frills hotel, but does it really well. Rates are economic and value is good. The personnel is friendly and always available, rooms are clean most of the time. I've stayed in this hotel many times and even though a few of them I've had to deal with broken equipment in the room, the rest have been good experiences in accordance to the low rates. Parking is convenient and it's not a noisy hotel (except when there are big events happening on the huge event yard behind the hotel or concerts in Expo) The location is good, it's right in front of Expo Guadalajara, it's a 3 minute walk to the entrance and it's a 10 min drive to Chapultepec, ir 5 to Chapalita, two trendy brunching/dining areas in the city. The food service in the hotel is one of it's lacking points but then again, the rates are quite low and there are a couple of restaurants next door. If you have no problem with this kind of basic economic hotel, by all means try it, otherwise go for the more premium ones in the area (several of them near by) Also, if you get the LeClub membership free card, you can cash some nice benefits like preferential rates.
