“Amazing service, always very attentive and helpful despite being short on staff. We really enjoyed our stay. The food was freshly made and delicious, especially at the buffet and the club. The shows at night time were more of a hit and miss. The fire show was amazing and the others were not so good. The beach is nice and well maintained, there are several spots along the rocky part with lots of tropical fish. If you like snorkeling, bring your own gear. The downside of our stay was, the cocktails were mostly mediocre quality and there was no music after 10:30pm other than a small bar.”

“If I could give this place 6 stars I would. I don’t even know where to start. First, the resort itself is breathtaking, from the lobby, to the restaurants to the multiple pools and the beautiful beach. The service was so impeccable that at times we felt like the staff was reading our minds, If we had a want or request it was provided for us us before we could get the words out. Our room was spotless, the linens were plush and the bed was heavenly. The architecture and decorating are extremely impressive. The food and drinks were a constant pleasurable experience and again, every single restaurant staff was warm, friendly and extremely attentive! But most of all we felt that the people were so genuine and accepting, not just because they were providing us a service but because they were representative of the kind and comfortable Mexican culture. If we ever have a chance to come back here again there will be no question.”
