“I heard such amazing things about this hotel and was very excited to stay here. The service was impeccable, they had so many beautiful fish on the property, and great pools. Thats about it. My room was so damp and humid that it took days for a bathing suit to dry and it smelt like ocean and not in a good way. The elevators must have been mopped with a dirty mop that it smelt like dead fish and I dreaded going in them. The restaurants were extremely overpriced with less than mediocre quality food. And my daughter wanted to go in the lazy River but is too tiny to sit in a tube alone and they refused to let me go with her so we didn’t get to go on any on the fun slides or water park attractions. I just wasn’t impressed at all. Oh and it’s a cashless hotel.. Since when is cash not an acceptable form of payment?!”

“A great resort with really nice rooms, great views, with friendly staff. A lot to do and close to downtown. A decent amount of eateries but could have more. The crowds were manageable such that it didn't feel crowded. Overall the place was well maintained though the place could use some refurbishment. A lot of the exhibits could use a bit of cleaning, build up of algae and grime. The public restrooms also could use a bit of an update. All in all a great experience and definitely recommend a visit.”
