“Good location but very forgetful staff. Have to remind them 2 or 3 times over 1 or 2 days to do things like open the fridge, find missing clothes, turn on the heat in the shower (3 nights we had mild water). Late on dry cleaning or flat out not offering it for multiple days. They also have issues with room service being unavailable often this is a problem here since stores close by 9 and restaurants by around 10 or 11. We tried to order coffees, or food multiple times to tell us they dont have it, or have anything really. Overall its a nice area but too many issues.”

“Hallways were always dirty with trash outside the rooms. Breakfast was never ready on time and the food they put on is questionable. Got rotten milk twice and molded fruit. If you get rooms facing the mall expects noises from bars til 2am.”
