I recently visited the beaches at Baha Mar and was extremely disappointed with the level of crowding and the constant bother from vendors. The beaches were so packed that it was difficult to find a seat and enjoy the scenery. The vendors were also very pushy and would not take no for an answer. This made the overall experience quite unpleasant. I would not recommend visiting these beaches during peak season or if you're looking for a relaxing beach experience. While there we dined at Carne restaurant at Baha Mar, and while the steak I had was cooked to perfection, the prices were exorbitant. All of the steaks on the menu were north of $80, making it an awfully expensive meal. The portions were also small for the unreasonable prices. While the steak was good, the prices were too steep for my taste. I would not recommend dining here unless you're willing to pay a premium for your meal. Although the staff were courteous, the rooms were extremely small and the prices were outrageous. The casino was nice, but it was not enough to make up for the poor value of the rooms. I would not return to this hotel due to the high prices alone.

Our experience at the resort was amazing! There are a large variety of slides and other attractions for persons of all ages to enjoy. However, the hidden gems of the hotel are actually its vibrant, helpful, and enthusiastic staff! Shout out to Andre Kelley, Dillon, and Darlene for making my family vacation so much more enjoyable!

A great resort property with many amenities. Several pools, great beach, casino, wonderful water park for all ages and many restaurants to choose from. Food was pricey as expected, but sharable portions if you like. VAT and gratuities will add 22% to all food and alcohol. Menu's not clear in a few restaurants. But we will be back.

A fantastic place to relax and unwind! Beautiful location and room. Plenty of offerings when it comes to restaurants and bars. Nothing is inexpensive however. Be ready for $300 meals for 2 people. Skip the "water service" and save about 18.00 during meals. Casino is huge! When busy, tables start at 25.00 a hand. Bet max on slots and they tend to pay out frequently. Staff was very impressive!! Always friendly, always helpful and they always engage with you even when walking by. Beach was beautiful and if you don't like the sea, go relax by a bunch of different pools! Interaction with the animals was also a fun activity while at the resort.

I loved this place! The rooms are clean and modern. You can even have access of an tablet in your room for room services. This is more couple-friendly on my opinion. The pools and waterfalls are aesthetically pleasing. Would come back for a honeymoon or so.

Our family of four stayed here over Thanksgiving. The resort is absolutely beautiful and very clean. The food here is on the pricier side, but is excellent. Highly recommend making reservations in advance of travel to eat as the restaurants are pretty busy and wait time could be long without a booking.

Nice place to stay, however, unless you're a gambler or like sitting around one of the many pools or at the beach, there's really not much to do there. The room was amazing, however, I think the balcony should have been built a little bigger. When checking out, they should have had more staff available as we had to wait in line for about 30 minutes.

Well taken care of hotel with helpful staff. Nice beach and nice pool areas. Great for a family vacation, couples, and work clubs. The casino and styling make it feel like baby Vegas. Attached is the Rosewood property. Higher end, very nice

Not sure what I can say that hasn't been said before. Beautiful, clean, safe resort with plenty for adults (casino), and kids (water park that never had any real lines) to do. As mentioned before, if you plan on dining at the nicer restaurants on site, you best get reservations weeks ahead. My wife, 2 kids, and I did not dine at any of the finer restaurants, unless the Sugar Factory would be considered one, mainly had burgers, tacos, pizza, and such during our stay. Went to the "Fish Fry" row of restaurants 1 night, Twisted Lime (a cab ride away) another, and Johnny Canoe (an easy walk) another. With a handful of drinks a day, a couple of the lower end but, still tasty, food stand type meals a day. We had an incidental bill of about $3,000 for the 7 day stay, for the 4 of us. One COULD bring that down if you took a trip to a market for things like sodas and water, and snack but, just something to keep in mind. I was fine with the bill as I felt the place to be worth it but, don't get caught off guard. Also, not friendly slot machines so, if you're going to gamble, I'd recommend the table games. I had a decent hit on the roulette table the last night so, that was good. =-)

We decided to go to Bahamas for your Son’s 3rd birthday at this property after checking the online rating for this hotel Grand Hyatt Baha Mar. Checking in at this property was nightmare the staff at front desk of the hotel was helpless made us wait at lest one hour regardless of telling them our 2 year old was tired from the trip we came here to celebrate his 3rd birthday we just wanted some peace and get to our room. No excuse whatsoever they just took their time we where supposed to be checked in by 4:00pm didn’t check in until 5:00pm. I felt like there was no management overseeing the situation none even bothered to say can I please help or help you bring your luggage to the room. Absolutely 0 communication so sad property looked nice and clean however there was no service whatsoever which makes me go elsewhere next time. Definitely a shame on management side of this property very sad not to care about customers.

The Grand Hyatt Baha Mar was absolutely beautiful! We only stayed for 4 days but next time it will be 7. The service was impeccable including the covid protocols, which they made very easy upon arrival. The restaurants all had great food and ambience. The pools and beach were fabulous! And seeing flamingos up close was very cool too. Our room was awesome, we stayed in a Grand Suite King room. I will say it is not cheap, so if that's what you are going for this is not the place for you.

Great resort with everything you can think of in it. The girl was clean for the most part but could use a deeper cleaning in the rooms. I didn’t get a chance to visit the the casino but it looked clean and had plenty of game options. The restaurants were very clean and expensive to say the least. The food was okay to me. The customer service from the staff was top notch for the most part. Be aware that they include taxes and tips in automatically, so depending on the service you may not want to include an additional amount. They charge $25 a day for microwaves (big disappointment). The pools and beach were great and I didn’t want to leave. I’m sure we could have going another resort just as nice and a a little less costly but I really enjoyed myself.

We didn't stay at the hotel, but the casino was LIT!!! I sat at the wheel of fortune game and won $800 on my first spin in the high limit room. The hotel is newer than Atlantis and also fancier if your into that. 😉

This resort set the bar extremely high! You actually never have to leave the resort for anything except to tour downtown or try local foods because everything you need is right there at the resort! It's very beautiful and is basically paradise! Will definitely be a returning guest!!

Very nice stay at Baha Mar in the SLS tower. The pools are stunning and there was plenty of seating. Food was good, service was great, overall a very nice place to stay. Definitely more adult focused than Atlantis.

Hermoso hotel que comparte el espacio con el Hyatt. Tiene casino muy moderno en su interior el cual se puede ir a visitar de otros hoteles. Tiene unos pequeños buses gratuitos que te llevan de algunos hoteles y pasan cada media hora y te dejan en la puerta. En su interior tiene locales como bulova, tiffany, etc.

Hotel proporciona várias possibilidades de entretenimento.Cassino, restaurantes... A partir de quinta feira, no Monckey Bar tem Dj. Na cobertura você encontra o Sky Bar, tem o Sushi Katsuya.. Um hotel que vc pode curtir o que oferece,sem precisar estar hospedado. E lembra muito o Encore, em Las Vegas. Claro, os preços não são tão baratos. Mas nada muito exagerado também. . . Hotel provides various entertainment possibilities.Casino, restaurants ... From Thursday, at Monckey Bar has Dj.On the top floor you will find the Sky Bar, there is Sushi Katsuya .. A hotel where you can enjoy what you offer without having to stay.And it reminds me a lot of Encore in Las Vegas.Of course, the prices are not so cheap.But nothing too exaggerated either.
