“From 5* to 1*! What a disappointment!
We stayed in Sheraton twice last year and we had a great experience. Unfortunately this time we can’t say the same, the quality of the hotel has gone down a lot!
We payed for the Sheraton Club which was an extra rate of 30 USD. We were promised to have breakfast in the private club area, free snacks, a coworking space and a 20% discount in the hotel restaurants. Unfortunately, at the check in we discovered that the Club area was closed and no one informed us in advance. Moreover, all the restaurants in the hotel were closed except the Sushi restaurant, were the discount was not applicable for fish dishes. We felt scammed and very disappointed by the service! We will never come back here..”

“This place is very good. I am a foreigner who stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks. We came to Colombia in order to participate for the International Juninor Science Olympiad (IJSO) 2022.
Hotel Sheraton was a very cool place. It would have been much better if the hotel staff was able to communicate in English. We had to use google translate to translate English to Spanish.
The hotel has a good pool. Room service was ok. The view is very cool. You can see mountains (specially the Moseratte mountain) from the hotel.
In overall, the 2 weeks was a very good experience.
