“Trip number #6 to Iberostar Grand in Punta Cana, and they continue to excel! Starling is a great butler, as he has been in the past. He always take care of us, from keeping the ice stocked, to getting us dinner where and when we want. The Star folks always make the trip fun. Armando always has a smile, and gets us laughing when doing archery. Ruth is also a stand out. I enjoyed talking to her on the beach about the life and love in the DR. We will be back next year. I often think about changing up my location, but I know nothing can compare to the Grand.....so I’m sticking with a GREAT place!”

“Very nice resort. The entertainment staff, especially Hot Chocolate and Mini Me couldn't have been more friendly! Room was nice and clean and housekeeping was perfect. Food was exceptional and beaches clean and warm. We did not make much use of the butler but he was available. Only feedback for improvement would be to include liquor in the mini bar and it took us a couple of days to get consistent ice delivery to our room each day.”
