“I’ll give this place a 3. The wifi worked but wasn’t fast, disconnected frequently. Price-wise it was very good. The room was big and spacious. I like the location being near Madison Square garden but could have been better. The bedroom was decent. The bathrooms were outdated and not maintained properly. Lobby and staff were excellent and the general cleanliness of the hotel was good.”

“Great location, not great hotel. Located right across from Madison Square Garden, the hotel looks really "fancy" when you first enter. The lobby is big, and clean, and you would expect your room to be the same... but it's not. The room reminded me of a motel room. It was big and fit us all, but it was definitely dated. And the bathroom was so small, with the smallest shower I've ever used. It did have a great bar at the entrance, though. Parking is about $55 a day, and is under the hotel. But they don't keep the cars there the whole time. When we picked up our car up, it was filthy... as if it was outside the whole time. It was the cheapest hotel for what we were looking for, but I think next time we'll spend the extra money.”
