“I am a student at the Le Cordon Bleu institute - II cycle of the Hotel and Restaurant Business Administration career. On December 10 at 6:00 p.m. we had to call the hotel to ask some questions about the Housekeeping course, but unfortunately the receptionist gave us a bad treatment, answering each question "I don't know, I don't know" after that, since the receptionist was not willing to collaborate with the questions, we requested an email to communicate with a person who can help us to which he replied: "I don't know, I don't remember." How sad that the first impression of the hotel has been that way. * It should be noted that we called various hotels that did respond without any inconvenience *”
