“I arrived at the hotel to find it closed with a sign on the door saying to call a number. Not what you want to find when you've just arrived in a new country and you don't speak the language. Also the assumption that all guests will have working phones is a little short sighted. Called the number and was told to go to a different address but it was hard to understand the instructions. Would have been much better if the instructions and map were on the sign on the door. Long story short, this hotel is closed and they are moving guests to alternative hotels in the chain. Why they couldn't contact guests before hand via email is a little confusing. Very disappointing experience.”

“Trendy, avant garde boutique hotel. We loved our stay here. GORGEOUS interior and cool vibe. Not a huge hotel which we appreciated. Very modern rooms. Only complaint is they gave us a room with a balcony door that was not anchored to the wall (broken hinge?) so when we opened it, it started falling forward. It's at least a 15-20 minute walk to closest main parts of Barcelona but it's in a charming neighborhood and the walk is really nice. Several coffee and gelato shops, restaurants, bars. Would 200% stay here again!”
