“I am extremely disappointed to have to write this review, but I want to be as transparent as possible for families that are thinking of bookingwith here:Customer service is extremely poor all over this resort. I am fully aware that the world is experiencing a shortage with staff, but I had never experienced this type of service in Quintana Roo. Three plus hours waiting for food when we call room service (which is not included in your all-inclusive.) it becomes a nightmare when the food is for the little ones that get sick also thanks to their lack of attention to cleanliness. My son got hand, foot, and mouth, which also made this experience the worst.I tried taking some of my dinner back to my room because my son was being fussy/ I didn’t want to ruin the other guests dinner, and they said I could not do that and had to call room service for food… that was not cool at all since they rather waste food and also have me and my kiddo wait for dinner in our room (which again, takes forever.)The beach is so dirty. Cigarette buds everywhere, cups, etc. Not kid friendly or even pretty for it being part of the Mexican Caribbean.The main pool does not have an ocean view. The poolside service also takes forever. They probably have two staff members tending to the entire pool area.Transportation: you literally wait 20+ minutes for their carts to pick you up and transport you from your building to breakfast, beach, etc.I am so disappointed and we will definitely not be coming back to this “resort” or any of their affiliatesagain.”
