“Las habitaciones y en especial los baños necesitan remodelaciones,una toalla estaba manchada,y dos noches como a la 1 d la mañana hubo carreras y personas hablando alto por los pasillos,lo que perturbó nuestro descanso y sueño,no m quedaría d nuevo en ese hotel,los trabajadores bien amables.”

“I would give zero stars if I could. I checked in with my family that includes my newborn and 3 year old. As I prepared to bathe my children I found that the bathtub was absolutely disgusting. It looked like a vomit/blood substance in the bottom and dried up urine around the toilet. The front desk attendant sent someone from housekeeping that had a terrible attitude and left the room without a word. I told them that I wanted a refund and I would immediately leave with my children or put in a room that was clean to my standards because their standards are obviously very low. I was moved to the 4th floor and immediately exiting the elevator I smelled a mildew odor. The room appeared okay but when I woke up the next morning to look out the window, I found that the window seal had black mold and moisture. Bottom line, if you like a clean place to stay, do not book here.”
