“Terrible experience! I had the unfortunate be in this hotel in four different times, (July, August, September and October - 2019) from all of them the problems were the same:
- once, they lost one of my shirts in the laundry
- the WiFi does not work, and when it works it is slow (if you need to work from the hotel forget it)
- few options for eat in the hotel restaurant, most of the time they didn't have available the opption that I chosed, when they did it, the taste was very bad and did not worth the price (many times they brought me wrongly orders)
- if you don't speak Spanish don't stay in that hotel! There is only one girl at night in the reception that speaks English! The others many don't
- the breakfast is simple, there are few options of food
- the gym should not be called of "gym".
There is only a treadmill, a bicycle and some insignificant free weights.
I stayed there with a couple of 10 coworkers in all the times, and all of them had the same or different issues from mine
(Advise: the Hyatt hotel is nearby and has the same values and taxes for a quality so much better)”
