“Nothing to dislike and nothing to really like! Rooms are big and clean and hotel functions as a good base being neither luxurious or basic at the same time. A run of the mill 3 star hotel. Some of the staff were friendly others were down right rude and when I missed heard one of the more senior lady staff on reception she stood up and repeated it at the top of her voice aggressively shouting at me, I didn't know whether to be upset or laugh it was quite funny but other people may not react the same.”

“We've been given this hotel from Iberia since our flight was rescheduled, to spend a night in Madrid. It was enaugh to have a decent sleep and take a shower. Nothing more. In 5am there was a reception call for which we didn't ask. And if you don't answer the call a big black guy comes banging to your door... Strange experience rly. Food was good actually, that's why third star.”
