“¡Horrible! Nos asignaron un cuarto con olor a caño y además el aire acondicionado no funciona. Sobre el aire, me dijeron que como el hotel estaba lleno y el sistema muy viejo, no iba a enfriar. Sobre el cambio de cuarto, no nos lo pudieron dar, ya que el hotel estaba lleno, la única solución era cambiarnos a un cuarto para dos personas, cuando éramos tres adultos. En recepción hicieron el comentario de que ya tenían anteriormente reportado el olor en este cuarto, no entiendo como siguen ofreciéndolo sin buscar una solución. Deja mucho que desear sus "soluciones" se viene aquí para descansar y fue de las peores noches...”

“Horrible experience. I have so many things to say about this hotel but ill keep it short and sweet. The staff is lazy and rude they only do whats necessary probably the very least to keep their job. The hotel is very old and outdated. The AC doesn't work and it takes you about 5 minutes to get to the hotel from the gate entrance. (in a car) The only 2 things I like was the view and the pool besides that everything and everyone was horrible. Would definitely not recommend. p.s I forgot a small engraved wooden barrel I had bought for my husband. I had to call the hotel 6 or 7 times only for them to tell me the item was not found when I know for sure I left it behind. We even left a good tip behind and still no honesty from anyone working there.”
