I love Liverpool. Stayed in loads of the hotels from titanic to travelodge.Decided to stay here..unfortunately it didn't live up to expectation. We stayed in room close to the lift which was unbelievably noisy..all night.The bar had no lager or cider on draft and the fab four cocktail bar was unexpectedly closed.The room was..um OK.. the breakfast was undercooked. Black pudding was raw inside and burnt outside..eggs were uncooked almost..and before liam pops up I did complain only to get oh no one else seems bothered.Also the dishes at breakfast were almost all unclean..I didn't eat for fear of being poisoned.I gave a 3 based on location

Paid for our night there with Tesco Clubcard vouchers. If we'd paid full price I would have been very annoyed. Large, spacious and comfortable rooms. The bar had run out of beer and other drinks as there was a wedding on. Thread bare carpet on communal stairs. One lift out of 2 broken. A cleaning product bottle left in our room on arrival. Nice Beatles artifacts and piped music. No orange juice for breakfast. Coffee tipped in my saucer as I was being served and no apology. Dirty in the breakfast eating area. Could be a very nice hotel.

Stayed for just a night but was great. Friendly staff. Breakfast was very nice, self service, so could pig out if you felt like it. Bedroom was large and the bed was great, very comfortable. TV was very easy to use and even had the ability to cast to it, very handy.

I love this hotel. Its an ideal place to see all things Beatles. The beds are really comfortable and rooms immaculate. And all the staff are lovely.

Following on from my previous review can I clarify that my partner collapse was in Liverpool city Centre and not hotel. Now things are easier I have to further commend the hotel, as I did in my previous review as they were so lovely to me. However one person stands out for a particular mention, I'm struggling to remember her name but possibly Abby/Amy? She was waiting staff in the restaurant and sat with me for a good length of time when I was in too much shock to sit in the room alone waiting for my children to travel up.Talking to her made me feel safe and I'd like that recognised. Once again thank you Hard Day's Night for making things easier by extending my stay, making sure I had lots of tea, coffee etc and being generally lovely. As I said we'd love to come back so we can finish our sight seeing of a great city. Special mention too to homeless man who helped meby shouting for police etc he was a star.

Muy buena ubicación. Cuando llegamos solo funcionaba un ascensor de dos. No funcionó la calefacción en la habitación (dormimos con un calefactor portátil). Nos cambiaron de habitación y nos reembolsaron 20 libras que equicalieron a 2 desayunos.

La ubicacion es buena. El hotel esta bien pero es muy caro lo unco especial es la decoracion del lobby. Teniamos una habitacipn con balcon pero la ventana no se podia abrir. La habitacion para dos personS no tenia ni placard.

Hemos venido a este hotel para el fin de semana y esta mañana hemos reservado para tomar el té esta tarde, ya que, aquí lo hacen como una ceremonia. Cuál es la sorpresa que al ir a la hora indicada, nos dicen que no hay reserva y que no tienen nada libre, que lo sienten y que adiós. Creo que es una falta de responsabilidad por una parte del personal del hotel. No volveré nunca por haber jugado con mis sentimientos.

Si te toca una habitación que de a la calle donde está the cavern dormir será difícil. En el desayuno es difícil repetir una taza de café ya que los mozos son los que tienen las jarras y no siempre pasan por tu mesa. Todo lo demás excelente

Es un 4* justito, lástima, porque escogimos este hotel pensando que era el mejor. Mis padres fueron 2 noches y no les hicieron la limpieza de la habitación, lo reclamaron y al final la hicieron a las 17'00hr y muy por encima. Había un grifo del lavabo que chorreaba al abrir el agua, y dejaba todo mojado, sin poder dejar el neceser encima, se informó al hotel pero no vinieron a arreglarlo. Por dos días que estaban no reclamaron más, dejando una toalla encima para que vaya empapando. En recepción no fueron muy amables, no hablaban español, justo la chica que sí hablaba estaba de vacaciones o de día libres. Eso sí, en la cafetería tenían música en vivo y estuvo genial. Tienen que cuidar más al turista, se va a Liverpool y a este hotel con mucha ilusión, y sales un poco despagado.
