Honestly this place was excellent. Because it’s so new everything is extremely clean and that’s nice. But the best part was the staff. Alyssa at the front desk was amazing. And everyone was so nice and helpful. I’m gonna recommend this place to all my friends and family who are visiting brooklyn.

As a neighbor, I'm really unhappy with your sidewalk parking. The site was a construction mess with lots of unsafe walking/biking/driving situations for deliveries. The construction bridge killed multiple street trees and now you are parking all over the sidewalk, a violation of the ADA and just plain unneighborly.

One of the nice things about this location is how walkable, bike-friendly, and transit-oriented it is. It’s a block from the subway and multiple Citibike stations and bus lines. You don’t need a car here. Unfortunately, the hotel staff chooses to drive and park cars and trucks all over the sidewalk right in front of the building. It’s gross, illegal, inconsiderate, and suggests something is seriously wrong with the folks running this place.

Esta propiedad está en una ubicación muy conveniente, es nueva y está muy limpia. ¡Lo más impresionante es el personal! Son excepcionales. Como ejecutivo de recursos humanos apasionado por la hospitalidad, esto es lo que más me importa. El gerente Maurice debe ser reconocido por su capacidad para contratar grandes talentos, especialmente en el mercado actual, que brindan un servicio de 5 estrellas. As an ambassador I have stayed in many Marriotts nationally and internationally. This property is in a very convenient location, is new and very clean. The most impressive thing is the staff! They are exceptional. As an HR executive with a passion for hospitality, this is what matters most to me. The manager Maurice should be recognized for his ability to hire great talent, especially in today’s market, who deliver 5 Star service. Shout outs to Alyssa, Crystal, Sam, Tammy and Maurice. Este hotel ainda não está aberto. Eu reservei aqui porque era para ser aberto no fim de semana do casamento do meu amigo. Quando essa data não ia acontecer, fui contatado para que minha reserva fosse transferida para o Fairfield Inn. Tudo bem - contanto que tivéssemos um lugar para ficar. Mas eles fizeram uma reserva para a data errada, então quando eu cheguei no Fairfield Inn eu não tinha quarto.O melhor que o gerente geral desta propriedade poderia fazer era encontrar um quarto no centro da cidade, o que não ajudaria em um casamento no Brooklyn. Em vez disso, minha esposa e eu fomos forçados a ficar em um quarto do tipo albergue porque era o único quarto disponível na área.Experiência muito ruim - e o hotel ainda nem está aberto!

Este hotel aún no está abierto. Reservé aquí porque se suponía que estaría abierto el fin de semana de la boda de mi amigo. Cuando esa fecha no iba a suceder, me comunicaron que mi reserva se trasladó al Fairfield Inn. Eso estuvo bien, siempre y cuando tuviéramos un lugar donde quedarnos. Pero hicieron una reserva para la fecha incorrecta, así que cuando llegué al Fairfield Inn no tenía habitación.Lo mejor que pudo hacer el gerente general de esta propiedad fue encontrar una habitación en el centro de la ciudad, que no sería útil para una boda en Brooklyn. En cambio, mi esposa y yo nos vimos obligados a quedarnos en una habitación similar a un albergue porque esa era la única habitación disponible en el área.Experiencia muy mala, ¡y el hotel ni siquiera está abierto todavía!

This hotel is not open yet. I booked here because it was supposed to be open the weekend of my friend's wedding. When that date was not going to happen I was contacted that my reservation was moved to the Fairfield Inn. That was fine - as long as we had a place to stay. But they made a reservation for the wrong date, so when I arrived at the Fairfield Inn I did not have a room. The best the General Manager of this property could do was potentially find a room in midtown, not helpful for a wedding in Brooklyn. Instead, my wife and I were forced to stay in a hostel-like room because that was the only room available in the area. Very poor experience - and the hotel is not even open yet!
