“We spent a 4 day stay at the Euro Star Madrid Tower hotel. We were extremely pleased with top service, top staff, and top cleanliness. Pleasant stays in spacious modern rooms and pleasantly surprised by a wonderful spa, 45 minutes of pure happiness! Perfect staff at breakfast. Hard working and very pleasant workers who deserve to be more numerous. And a big thank you to the breakfast waitress Samira who served us very well! The only downside is that the distance between the city and the hotel is 17 minutes by car.”

“No vale lo que pagas. El personal no está calificado para trabajar ni en un hotel de 2 estrellas. La calefacción no iba, les pedimos que lo arreglaran, nos dijeron que en una hora estaría listo y pasamos 3 días sin calefacción. Los servicios que ofrecen son fábulas porque ni siquiera el servicio de lavandería se encargó de nuestra petición. Las instalaciones son fatales y el supuesto servicio de limpieza deja mucho que desear. Lo que más me sorprendió es que al pedir los servicios que ofrecían llamando a recepción estos decían "Cual es el número de habitación? Estupendo, muchas gracias" y acto seguido colgaban.”
